We take these allegations very seriously. In this instance our service was called in to detect any activity based on your allegations. The room was certified Bed Bug Free. Please do not assert false allegations as this is very detrimental to a hotel. To be fair, the hotel doesn't supply bed bugs traveling guests bring them to us. We were happy to refund your "non cancelable" reservation because we want you to feel good about your choice of lodging. If any guest for any reason is not happy with their room immediately after check -in we would offer the same. In this instance you informed us you had just relocated to our property from the hotel down the road alleging they had the same issue. Fear of bed bugs is a real threat, but hotels take great pride in providing guests with a room free of issues and fair resolutions to accommodate guest with concerns such as yours.

We are a nonsmoking property and we defiantly don't like our rooms smelling bad. Moreover we let you down by not delivering an air freshener to help with the odor. Our apologies.
