'Very modern and clean hotel with excellent helpful staff. Bedrooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Ensuite bathroom is large with walk-in shower. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Kettle, mugs and tea & coffee available in rooms together with a water bottle refillable for free, from the water cooler located in reception. Rooms have twin round-pin sockets and also USB-C charge points. (not USB-A) Good choice available for the buffet style and organic breakfasts. Gluten free choices also available...

'I stayed in the Saint Germain apartment. Location was right off of Place Royale. I enjoyed it as it was lively and centrally located to restaurants, shops, sites, transportation, but the square can get noisy with all the activity. Unit matched description and it was great to have more space to lounge, eat, and a small kitchen. Checking out was easy (only needed to call them to notify that I left).'

'Hartje stad Nantes. Fijne locatie. '

'Good check in and good vibes…'

'Great staff '

'Het is goed gegaan '

'Great location. Convenient parking. Grrat to have performant airco in the middle of summer.'

'DO NOT BOOK THIS IN THE SUMMER! The apartment Carthagène is on the fifth floor just under the roof. There is no elevator, but only a narrow staircase, and no emergency exit. There is NO air conditioning, so it gets absolutely scorching hot and impossible to stay there except at night where it is manageable (28 degrees). We booked three nights, and luckily we were moved to a room with AC at the hotel for the final which was highly appreciated. The staff were very nice and helpful, but we...

'Love this hotel! I have been booking it for a few years now. The only sad part is no airco… Yes, they provide a fan but still not the same when it is really hot! Had hoped with renovations it would have been fixed… Very friendly staff!'
