Shared spaces include the driveway, which is accessible to both the guest and the host. The upstairs unit is separately occupied by your host, ensuring privacy while remaining available should you need anything during your stay.

The apartment has its own private entrance and has been soundproofed to a reasonable extent. However, as with most multi-unit homes, some normal household sounds may still be heard between floors.
