'My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. 'Staff was very courteous and AC worked great. My stay was not pleasant however; there were pubic hairs left on toilet seat and a huge hole in bathroom door made by what I can only assume was a fist, left me with a “bad taste”. The property is worn down and while. Pictures online are very deceiving, It shows an updated unit and what I received can only be described as a dump.
