'First night, my flight was delayed and I wasn’t going to get there until 11 pm, check in was at 7. When I got there, I was denied check in and was charged for that night. Second night, they told me that I was not old enough to stay, even though I had already booked and paid the booking fee and the first nights stay that I wasn’t allowed, and they charged me once again. I had to pay 2 nights and was not allowed to stay either nights under no fault of my own. Terrible experience. Walking into this...
