Noise & Neighbors: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (11 PM to 7 AM). The building has a strict policy on noise.

Parties & Events: No parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted in the apartment.

Guests: Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please inform us of any visitors.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Pets: Ask Us.

Trash Disposal: Please take out your trash regularly to the designated area. Do not leave trash bags in the hallway.

Security: Please ensure all windows and the front door are locked every time you leave the apartment.

Damages: Please report any accidental spills or damage immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Check-Out: Upon departure, please wash your dishes, take out the trash, turn off all lights and A/C, and leave the keys.
