Butterfly Park Retreat #2 - Centrally located to Decorah's Top Attractions!

Welcome to the quaint community of Decorah. This getaway is located steps from the local attractions including the Butterfly Park, Pulpit Rock Brewery, Landing Market, Whippy Dip, and Vesterheim Museum to name a few. The property is located near the Upper Iowa River ideal for fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. The Trout Run Trail is a picturesque path passing along dikes and abandoned rail beds ideal for biking, walking, and running.

Description of space:
The master bedroom includes a king bed that can be reconfigured into two XL twins beds upon request. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The living room includes a queen pull out sofa. Open kitchen concept is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, oils, Keurig coffee and tea. Washer and dryer located outside the unit and available for use during your stay. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, and ironing board. A Pack'n Play available upon request.

Without a doubt, this was the most thoughtfully outfitted property we have experienced. The hosts have thought of everything a guest and visitor to the area could need. So well organized we didn't need to reach out to the hosts for anything. Comfortable apartment. We are sensitive to room deodorizers, so like a lot of properties and hotels, we noticed the same here. Overall a great spot and impressive hosts.

Great apartment for our immediate family while visiting family for the holidays. Location was convenient, the apartment is cozy great with enough space for all 4 of us and I love the flexibility of the bed set up in the second bedroom. This is really a wonderful place to stay in Decorah. Everything is nice and new, yet it feels cozy and comfortable. The location is great for accessing the bike trail. Beds very comfortable.

Beautiful Decorah!

This is an excellent location and parking is right alongside of the building. We were close to downtown activities and just as close to all the beautiful outdoor activities that Decorah provides. Our owner/manager was very responsive. This is a great place to stay.

The pictures are accurate. All of the emenities of home are here. Just bring clothes and food! There is even welcome mats in front of each door! Bottled water in fridge, snacks on counter and beer glasses on the freezer. Small basket of toiletries in case you forgot something!

Pam was super great to work with…helping me out with a few questions I had and offering additional information on local events. The information was clear and comprehensive and super timely. The unit itself was super cute and cozy! Not only was it stocked with everything I think we could need or want, but there were so many other nice extra touches too! Decorah apartment

This is a very nice apartment! It is up-to-date and spotless. It has everything you might need and a tray of snacks in the kitchen was a nice touch. It also has a good view of the fall leaf colors along the river. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to locate. The entire building seems to be well maintained. The hallway to the apartment, which includes the washer/dryer, is spotless and has good lighting. The entrances were decorated and welcoming. We recommend taking a walk through the Community Prairie just down the street. Enjoyed our time and would stay again.
