'Excellent stay at the River House Lodge. Our host Tim was a very accommodating and gracious host. He went out of his way to show us the local attractions and teach us the history of this area. 'My 3rd time staying at Keyser Inn was fantastic! The non-smoking room, handicap accessible was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and VERY helpful especially when locating a shower chair for me to use. Had help'

'We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp.
2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view!
3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to...

The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it.
