'I was overwhelmed with the nice big appartment, especially considering the price. 'Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . 'The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. '

'Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10'
