'I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. My room was spotless, had a nice little sofa, long desk/work area, comfy bed, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. I had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff, and I would stay here again in a minute if I come to Sacramento for work again. Great location too- 12 minutes to the capitol building in downtown, and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. '

'This hotels staff and management are the absolute worst individuals! I will never recommend to anyone to book at that property! I booked a room from Thursday to Sunday, my flight was delayed and I arrived 10am Friday I paid $600 for it and they cancelled my entire reservation without any regards. Their website clearly states if you're going to be late call and let the staff know the day of, I called 14 times and they kept saying nope there's nothing we can do! 'Staff were very nice and accommodating. We let them know we were bringing our dog and baby and they had the dog bed with dog treats and bandana ready in our room. Our dog was treated like a princess :) . Room was clean and balcony with the city view was beautiful too! Defff recommend, worth your money! '

'The room was nice , the staff was helpful friendly and the location was convenient. The only thing was that the flush lever for the toilet was broken. We managed to sort of fix it and notified staff at checkout.'
