'The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

'Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. '

'This boutique hotel was all I was hoping for. Its quaint, quirky and filled with charm. The owners really know their vision and made it happen. Super comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and heavenly comforters. Books everywhere. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to anything you need or want. Owners were very nice and helpful. They can get or find you whatever you need. Kcups and tea with sugar, and creamers are included. The little box of shampoo and soap and conditioners...
