Untidy hotel. Bedsheets and pillow covers looked like never been washed. Shower was broken, Walls have dirt marks. Will never go back again.

Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. I believe this is a 3 start hotel, but was very impressed by the general cleanliness and food quality. My only reservation was the area it is in, Although it served my purpose, it would not be for everyone.

I made a reservation for more than 15 days and for serious family reasons I had to check out a week before. The manager refused to return the money I had paid for that week. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel bueno , segun esta en el sector financiero pero pocos pudieron llegar a el sin muchas complicaciones. Les confundia el Dhalimar Bagh , por que aparentemente no esta ahi. Incluso gente a 5 cuadras no lo conocia. El distrito alrededor no hay nada para coprar un cafe o semejante es muy sucio como todo india. El hotel bien el desayuno incluido tambien bien.

Good hotel in North West of Delhi.
On my arrival Reception staff busy with customers so had to wait for quite some time. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was attentive and friendly. House keeping Manager Mr N Pandey gave me his good attention and quickly sorted out some minor issues. Very pleased with my stay.

Sharp-witted staff made the difference.
The gentleman who cared for my room (Piyush) picked up on the fact that a foreigner like myself would need plenty of water. He saw to it and he kept my room clean and well supplied. A gentleman at the front desk (Mandeep) was always on the ball. He made good eye-contact and checked to see how I was doing every step of the way. The gym upstairs was a very nice touch, as I had plenty of time to use it during the day. It helped me to stay sharp and to overcome the effects of traveling. Nice. I will probably need a place to stay in Delhi again in a couple of years. I'll be back.

we booked through expedia.. we booked a room with complementary breakfast included in price .. but they charged us the breakfast separately.. Either there was some issue with expedia .. its not user friendly.. overall hotel was good but room service was not upto the mark..

Caspia hotel
Good value for money, you do need to travel to see the sights but that was expected. And reason for staying at this hotel was due to an attendance of a wedding at the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is okay for messaging and email and light browsing but anything beyond that it doesn't work. Breakfast was lovely, continental as well as local and south Indian.

Unfriendly & Unaccommodating Hotel with Rude Staff
Worst possible experience; totally unfriendly & rude staff and management. Location in Shalimar Bagh places you away from major New Delhi hubs though the hotel outdoors are pleasant. Will not advise anyone to stay here - personally would never go here again.

A fine hotel with all the amnities and good services. Hotel staff was really helpful, however only a little slow. The food was too delicious and reasonable. Thank you Premier Inn for a wonderful stay.

Third class cheap hotel
It was a third class hotel. Recpetion person was so rude in talking mannerless staff. Also basic things were not available they charged for dental kit as well as soap also they charged.

Extremely Disappointing Experience...
Ahh! what a dis-appointing experience! Hotel facility is good but the hotel management as well as room reservation system is terrible! I had made multiple rooms booking through hotels.com in August for a stay in early December for my guests. I had paid the full amount in August itself. I had a confirmed booking but when i contacted hotel near to my stay they cancelled my reservation and refused to accommodate my guests. Though Hotel manager was trying to co-operate but the overall system at the hotel disappointed me. They were able to give me just one room for one night. I paid Rs 15,000 through credit card as advance to meet my guests dining expenses during their stay. However, the hotel still charged my guests separately when they were dining at the hotel. Horrible! I have widely traveled globally but never had such kind of experience anywhere. Think 10x before making reservation in this hotel.

Very friendly
This hotel was very clean, in excellent condition and the service personal and very friendly . As a lone female traveller, I was made very welcome throughout the hotel and particularly liked the Indian food on offer (the western breakfast buffet was adequate but not top quality). Only drawbacks: sometimes it took up to half hour to get a taxi, though the airport transfers were reliable and on time, there's nowhere to walk to or sit outside, and although you could sit in the cafe, it's not like having a comfortable lounge area.

Best "Value for Money" Hotel
The stay was quite good. The staff was curteous and well trained... The hotel's location is close to Rohini which is a bit faraway from the city center, but then its a much better option than other similarly priced or even more expensive hotels in NCR which might be further away from the city center... Overall, the positives were - 1. Hotel Comfort & Room 2. Great Value for Money. However there are two things you need to look out for: 1. The hotel does not give toiletries which are chargeable. This is fine for a budget hotel but should be declared at the time of booking or something to that people are prepared accordingly.. 2. The hotel does not share direct numbers for the housekeeping staff. this means that everytime you need anything, you have to call the hotel lobby... the trouble is, at night times, the attendant is either not there or simply doesnt pick up... this can be tricky in times of need... Overall, the stay was good and we liked the hotel and actually came back to it after a short trip outside the city... One more thing: When you book the hotel on "Hotels.Com" it shows two category of rooms with different rates but same inclusions.... but in reality, the first option does not have breakfast included... we learnt this the hard way at the hotel while checking-in... this shd be rectified.... all rooms though are of same type... there is no superior or larger room... they are all the same...
