I have been in the hotel for about 6 weeks. februar,march and april 2010. Positive: nice people. Bed is very good. Bed linen is changed every day. Refrigerator on the room. Prices off drinks in refrigerator are reasonable. Aircon is good. Breakfast is simple but okay. Internet is free. Restaurant on top floor. Many stores in direct environment. Also good restaurants. Metro is about 1 km walking distance. Things to know. Power switches off sometimes a day. The hotel has its own generator. It will take over. This Is normal in Karol Bagh. The internet is not always working optimal because the power switches off /on. In these situations it is difficult to keep electronics running. American express card is not accepted. Visa and mastercard okay. Hotel has pick up from airport. Value is about INR 350. Hotel arranges all kind of travel, if wanted. The hotel s located in busy district. Shops open up around 11am. till around 10pm.

Hotel clark was de "thuisbasis" tijdens mijn verblijf in India. Wij hebben in India meerdere plaatsen bezocht maar ons rots in de branding was Hotel Clark. Het is een schoon hotel en de personen zijn klantvriendelijk. Beneden naast de lobby is een kamer waar iedereen gebruik mag maken van internet. Ik zou zeker aanraden om een taxi via het hotel te regelen. Wij waren keer keer zo eigenwijs om dat niet te doen. Gevolg taxi die niet komt opdagen!! Gelukkig heeft het hotel binnen enkele minuten vervangend vervoer kunnen regelen. Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebereid (zeker keuze uit minimaal 6 mogelijkheden) maar al het noodzakelijke is aanwezig. (weet eet er nou 15 verschillende gerechten in de ochtend) kortom: prijs kaliteit verhouding ruime voldoende!!!

Overall my expectations regarding the quality of rooms, cleanness, food are in line with what I have paid. The staff is helpful. The breakfast was ok, a combination of Indian and European dishes, masala omlete was very good. The rooms were clean, bed linen and bath towels of decent quality. Bathroom itself was also clean, no signs of rust or anything unpleasant. When I booked this hotel I read reviews saying that the location was good to explore Delhi. I would disagree with this statement as the hotel is far away from everything and besides is located, although, in a back street, but close to a very noisy market area. I could not sleep without earplugs. I spoke with one of the local residents later one and this person also said that the area was not good to explore the city.

ホテルに深夜4時ごろ到着し、朝の8時ごろ部屋の電話で起こされました。 受付に呼ばれていってみたら、インド人の男性を紹介され、この人になんでも相談するようにと言われました。 アグラへの切符は買ったのかと聞かれ、片道分がウェイトリストで不安だったため相談すると、 チケットを手配するから着いてこいとのこと。 着いたところはツアー会社、Abyss Tours。 やられた、と思いました。 前日にデリーでテロがあったため、一人で行動するのは危険だ、デリーは離れたほうがいいと言われ、 結局プライベートカー＆ガイドを申し込んでしまいましたが、今までで一番最悪のツアーになりました。。。 ホテル側は客ではなくツアー会社の味方なので、だれも頼れない。 顧客をツアー会社に売るとは、、、信じられません。

Charming gem of a hotel with very helpful and courteous staff. Good decor at reception and in room. Nice furniture with desk, chair, fitted wardrobe, small settee and coffee table. Luggage storage area. Booked through Expedia and got a good deal reasonaly priced Premium Room which included a reasonable buffet breakfast and airport transfer. The flight was delayed by an hour. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find that the driver was still waiting for us. Whilst it was nice to take advantage of the airport transfer the car was a little on the small side but we managed to get our luggage in. The driver was very nice and courteous. The premium room was very nice with good facilities. Room and bathroom were clean with daily linen changes. Pleasant decor with flat screen tv, mini bar, hairdryer. Complimentary tea/coffee making facilities in room. Extraordinary large bed which was very comfortable. Was a quiet room on the top floor which had a window with interesting views of the surrounding rooftops. Location quite central close to Karol Bagh shopping/market areas. Area a bit on the run down side but appears to be undergoing a lot of refurbishment. Would recommend this hotel for travellers and would certainly return again. Definitely recommend Expedia and would use this site again.

Typical 2/3 star budget hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Food prices in restaurant very reasonable. Very slow Wi-Fi in hotel. Situated in an awful area but it is typical in India. Clean room + toiletries with flat screen TV.

Pros: -The breakfast was quite good. It had both contenental and Indian choices. -The free (one-way) airport shuttle was quite good -- they had already figured out that my flight was two hours late and adjusted accordingly. The return trip was not expensive. Cons: -The neighborhood was quite depressing and dirty. Crowded. The web photos do not give you a picture of the surrounding (now I know why). -There are hot and cold water taps. But no hot water. -Noisy like hell. Right outside the room there was a pump making loud noise through the night and I could not get any sleep! -Wi-fi did not work all night. Finally I called a person to fix. He tried the wireless for a long time and finally pulled a long ethernet cable for me. It was time to go by then.

Vom Hotel aus ist es paar Minuten zur Metro Station und man kann somit ganz bequem New Delhi erkunden. An der Rezeption bekommt man als Service einen Plan für die nähere Umgebung, für ganz Delhi gibt es eine groben Orientierungs Plan. Man bekommt auch für wirklich alles freundliche Auskunft und Hilfe, auch der Flug wird confirmt. Im Dachrestaurant kann man schmackhafte und reichliche Essen, nicht ausschliesslich indische Küche. Auch hier ist der Service schnell und sehr freundlich.

The hotel quality is good at their price level. The constant honking from the street can be a little bothersome, but it doesn't last through the night nor it starts early. The in-room wifi worked ok, with the signal on the low side. Breakfast was good, with not too much variety. The staff is very friendly and willing to help their customers.

En las fotos parece otra cosa. Cuarto de baño sucio, y mal servicio. Estaba incluída la recogida en el aeropuerto y no aparecieron . Tuvimos que costearla nosotros y lo peor es que era la 1 de la madrugada.

das zimmer ohne fenster und die aircondition so laut das man nicht schlafen kann ohne aircon. viel zu heiss.so das wir nie richtig erholt waren und auch keine lust haten in diesen katakomben eine siesta zu machen. das buffet war ok aber eher unterer standart. die ganze zeit waren irgendwelche touristenfuehrer im hotel,welche einem abzokten und das mit wissen des personals.leider wurden auch wir ein opfer,also achtung!!!

Excellent place, excellent staff, good food, clean and modern property with all amenities. The hotel was clean, everything was there as expected, rooms were good size with all amenities and staff was very courteous and responsive. The food in the breakfast was fresh and tasty with good selection. I would stay here again without any hesitation. Kudos for Hotel Clark and its staff. Its very convenient to all shopping and Metro station. Keep up the good work guys,

This hotel is situated in downtown of Karol Baug and surrounded with crowded streets. The whole area is occupied with local vendors and street sellers. Very had to find parking spot, we were having hard time to park our van as everywhere construction going on the street.

Very nice hotel in the quaint Karol Bagh area of New Delhi. Rooms were clean, hot water and complimentary Internet access available. The air conditioner remote was a bit quirky. We used the taxi arranged by reception to visit near by tourist places. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. All the staff members were courteous and friendly. The lobby manager and the restaurant staff went out of their way to pack us the complimentary breakfast as we were going to Agra for a day trip very early in the morning. There was definitely some noise due to the traffic (people honk incessantly and needlessly in India) and construction activity. But as we were out during the day time and really tired when we returned at night, falling asleep was no problem. I was travelling with family and this is certainly the hotel we would want to stay in the next time we visit Delhi.

My wife and I stayed there for 9 days. The price was very reasonable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel and the neighborhood were undergoing renovation, the rooms were clean and we experience only few minor interruptions. The restaurant on the top floor offers good Indian food and a nice view. The neighborhood is very lively and bustling with commercial activity. The hotel is located about 10 minute walk from Delhi metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel - good value for the money.
