'We use the beach cottage to access the provincial park as well as the long point birding observatory. The park is about a five minute walk straight down Erie street while the LPBO banding station is located just around the corner along big cut Road.Beach access is also about five minutes down Erie street and down a short cul-de-sac.The cottage was very well cared for and rustic, which is our preference. 'This property is clean and quiet but not beachside. You can walk to beach in 15 to 20 minutes on a sidewalk, or drive 5 minutes. Home is located in nice neighborhood with a great dog park right across the road. Port Dover is a lovely and friendly town. Host is accessible for questions. '
