We booked it for two adults and one child so payment was made for triple occupants and they took it entire payment while check in. Reception staff never informed anything while check in, when we asked for extra bed for child in night they said there would be extra charge for bed and Staff Hemant said if you don’t want to pay charge then will give mattress and ask your child for sleep on floor!!!!! Specially Hemant was very very rude in communication Then we had to intervene Manager Pranav and he sorted it out for us but it was stressful night after long day journey.
Another poor thing is in room there were few packets of snacks and soft drink cans in fridge and because it was already there we assumed it’s complimentary in room, while check out again reception staff said it’s chargeable and because you consumed it you have to pay now, then we had to argue that why you didn’t inform us that it’s chargeable while check in. They said oh sorry that’s our staff mistake we can’t do anything and they forced us to pay but again we intervene another Manager Vijay who sort it out half but we had to pay extra so communication is very very poor and making Money from guests that’s our feelings. We never had this kind of issues with any Radisson hotels we stayed in India and abroad.
