Our magnificent mountain house is located in the beautiful village of Lilaia (also know as Kato Agoriani) in Parnassos mountain (approximately 2 hour drive from south suberbs of Athens).

The house is 260 sqm. within a land of 1100sqm. It is decorated in the classic traditional greek mountain style with all the modern comforts. It can accomodate up to 10 people. It has 2 bedrooms (of which one is master with ensuite bathroom), a further bathroom, 2 double beds in an open plan area and 2 single beds in the same open plan area in the ground floor.

On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen, large dining table, WC with shower and 2 living room spaces with a huge fireplace. The garden can fit up to 4 cars in the paking area and there is still plenty of space for the kids to play. There is also exterior dining area and BBQ.

There is also a cleaning lady that lives 2 minutes away that will prepare the house for you before you get there so when you arrive the house is warm and the lights are lit!

This is the perfect home for a large group of friends and families with kids (they love to stay together in the open plan sleeping area on the ground floor) We provide various board games for all ages, playing cards and backgammon.

Price can depend on amount of people staying and amount of days the house is rented for. we also can arange a price per month or for the whole season

To get to Lilaia you need to drive the national road until the 110th klm turn at Kastro and follow the signs towards Amfikleia and Polydroso. Lilaia is 4 klm from Polydroso a total of about 90 klm from the national road. It usually takes about 2-2,5 hours drive from anywhere in Athens.

The village also has a nearby train station which is less than a 2 hour journey from the main train station in Athens.

A lovely lady that lives just next door will be able to great you and welcome you. She may also bring you fresh eggs, bake a home made pitta or traditional bread upon request. House manager also readily available.

Lilaia is a picturesque village with mainly residences. There are only 2-3 taverns and a main cafe at the church's square. Ther is a horse back riding school nearby.

Lilaia is 17klm away from the ski pists. There are plenty of beautiful villages
around as well as nearby excursions that one might enjoy. Delphi is about 1 hour drive.
