'There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place. '

'This place is absolutely horrible. The room we reserved was not available. The room was in SHAMBLES. Broken microwave, shower did not work properly, everything was rickety including the fridge, the bed, etc. Also the phone did not work to call out or to call the front desk, we had to physically walk to the office. We did request to extend one day because I had such a late flight and they comped us for the additional night - unfortunately the new room has construction going on in the unit...
