The perfect place to stay in Delray Beach. Super close to Atlantic Ave day & night life. Exceptionally clean and stylish home with all the amenities you could ask for. Sparkling pool and fantastic outdoor areas made for a very enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything looked just like the pictures and more ! It was spotlessly clean. The backyard, with the pool was undeniably awesome!! Very quiet neighborhood. The few small issues that I experienced was immediately taken care of by the Grand team….exceptional customer service! I can not wait to stay again !!!

Delray Beach is one of those sought after areas with everything nearby to offer best food and great beaches nearby. This VRBO was beautifully located in a safe beautiful neighborhood. And although closet space was minimal, we made the best of it in our two week stay. The most alluring part of our stay there was the pool and the grill we had so much fun my son, since it was a staycation for us. The management company was quick to dispatch any help we needed with any of the requests we made. Highly recommend it!

This was hands down one of the best Vrbo stays we’ve ever had! This is honestly the first vacation rental I’ve stayed in that looked exactly like the pictures, down to every detail. The home was spotless, smelled amazing, and truly felt like a home away from home. We loved the thoughtful welcome kits in the kitchen and bathrooms, the pool was perfect, and the location was ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. This was my husband and I’s first family vacation as a family of four, and this home made it even more special than we could have imagined. I’ve already recommended it to a few of my girlfriends, and we’ll absolutely be booking this home again. Truly a 10/10 stay with zero complaints!

The property was exactly as described. Clean, well-maintained, lovely decor, safe neighborhood. Pool was an added bonus which was very refreshing every day. The only additions we would recommend is shade/window treatment for the street facing window for privacy, and either, window frosting or shades on the bathroom windows for privacy from the side yard. All-in-all a great stay. 22 min walk to Atlantic Ave and 40min walk to the public beach. Freebie rides are excellent way to get around so as not to deal with parking.

Let’s start by saying, I can’t wait to stay there again! From the high end finishes and touches to the beautiful aesthetics, whoever put together this house is an expert at picking the best. From the Viking pots, to the Rada knives, the glass blender & the aesthetically pleasing dishes and glassware, we definitely appreciated the kitchen. I’ve never been in such a calming home, including the backyard oasis. I’m really sensitive to scents & it did not have any plug ins or candles. Even the dish soap was clean/unscented! The backyard had beautiful plants and flowers. Plus a lovely table for 6, 2 lounge chairs & a stunning pool with the best design I ever saw—an umbrella in the pool where the water was only a few inches deep so you could just sit there all day. Quiet, safe area close to beach. Short drives away are Trader Joe, CVS, Publix, great Pilates studios (tried out a few, loved Delfina), gyms and yoga studios. Make sure to try Duci gelato from Sicily, the French bakery right next door to Duci for an authentic freshly made baguette and croissants, Subculture coffee and Baba’s Pierogies (i had their yummy gf ones!) all within a short drive. Brand new (stunning) home across the street (Google Maps shows abandoned home). Yes, we’re not far from train tracks but don’t hear at all and high end family oriented area.
