'Wonderfully surprised when we walked into the apartment. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and more. From the communications and attention to details and all the extra little touches in the apartment, this was by far the cleanest and best summer vacation place by the beach we have vacationed in. Location was awesome with the arcade below and boardwalk and casinos nearby. There was something for everyone to do in our group of 8 of different ages. Totally no complaints about CozySuites...

'Een van de oudste hotels in Atlantic city. Lobby is mooi maar kamer / badkamer niet echt fris. Niet goed gaan kijken naar alles want je krijgt spontaan smetvrees '

'The room had no closet. The bed was positioned in a wrong way. The TV is on the left side of the bed. The room had no microwave, we were not able to heat up food. Phone didn’t work, bathtub was dirty, room wasn’t vacuumed and for some reason I was charged $223.43 when the room was supposed to be $108.38. I wasn’t explained the additional charge. Ice machine was also out on the 5th floor'

'Positive: - the lady let me pay the parking fee with my card instead of cash - big room - next to the casino Negatives: - the whole place needs a big renovation - it's not clean, dust in every corner of the room - peeled of wallpaper everywhere - bathtub looks just as old as i do - loud noises the whole f*cking night - dirty remote control - the sheets still let's a lot of light in the room - the parking lot is a disaster, the cars are way too close to eachother. This really was a big mistake'
