Before You Book — A Few Things to Note
* The sofa bed is in the main living room
* There’s 1 full bath + 1 half bath
* Backyard is fenced but not baby-proofed — keep an eye on little ones
* Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* Absolutely no parties or Smoking.
(Violations will result in a $250 penalty and immediate removal without refund.)
* Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
(Additional unregistered guests are subject to a $25 fee per person.)
* This is Florida — you may spot wildlife (just admire from afar)

* You’ll receive your smart lock code before arrival for seamless check-in

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly property!
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a refundable $100 pet deposit.

Please note the following rules apply:

* Maximum 2 pets per stay
* Pets must be house-trained and kept off furniture/beds
* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets (indoors & outdoors)
* If excessive hair, odors, or mess is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply
* Do not leave pets unattended unless crated or secured
* Aggressive breeds or disruptive behavior (excessive barking, damage) may result in immediate cancellation
