'The Chester is perfect. It is ideally located for visiting Aberdeen and for the theatres , shops and nightlife with plenty onsite parking.
The rooms are luxurious ,spacious and very quiet.
We have returned many times because it is always perfect and the staff are wonderful , friendly and ultra helpful. The staff truely set this exceptional hotel apart from the competition.

'We waren teleurgesteld in het hotel omdat we een kamer kregen met ronduit oude, slechte bedden met matrassen waar de ijzeren veren in je rug staken. Tapijt was vuil, lamp en bedbeslag stuk.
Wij als vegetariërs vroegen een stukje kaas bij het ontbijt. Dat was er niet. Wel wat geraspte kaas.
Men reageerde nogal beledigd en liet dat zeer duidelijk merken in het gedrag naar ons toe. We werden haast genegeerd. Nee het was geen fijne ervaring. De vliegreis met KLM was wel uitstekend geregeld.'

The room and bed is ok, though there was a smell the whole time we were there, except when the window was open. The wifi was so poor that you couldnt complete a single search. The breakfast was smaller that premier inn normally has it.
For the price it wasnt worth it. '

'Fantastic communication and help from host. Bought a parking permit and didn't need to worry about parking the whole weekend.
The flat was really spacious with plenty of room for 5 and guests over in the evening. It was cleaning with plenty of facilities for self catering if you wish.
Right in the centre of the city so everything was on our doorstep.

We had a twin room. Wich was spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was no airconditioning and leaving the window open wasn't an option because of traffic noise. 'Echt... wat een geweldig hotel is dit. De mensen, de service, het gebouw, allemaal super.
De kamers zijn groot en erg schoon. Het eten is er heerlijk en de service gaat erg ver.
Wij zaten hier op de dag dat Queen Elisabeth overleed. Er werd meteen stilgestaan met dit verdriet dat in de hele UK te merken was.
Dit hotel staat dan ook in mijn top 2 van mooiste hotels in Scholand waar ik ooit ben geweest.'

'The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal, but due to local regulations the famous Shower beer fridge was not stocked. Not a problem, we just purchased beers from the brewery next door and brought them to our room. It was super cool that they had proper glassware!'

'We loved our stay at Brew Dogs. We happened to arrive during the soccer cup celebrations and the staff was amazing given the rush of all the excitement. Having the brewery down stairs was a plus.'

"Alle negatieve reviews stellen zich een beetje aan, is het hotel nieuw, nee. Is het hotel een 5 sterren ervaring, ook niet. Maar daar is de prijs ook naar, op een locatie vlak bij het trein station en het centrum! Het enigste nadeel was dat de kamer (en eigenlijk het hele gebouw) heel warm was. Verder alles netjes in orde!"
