'Fabulous holiday at the Sheraton '

'Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply '

Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever.'

'We stayed in the beach cabin, much nicer and has AC. Would suggest staying there vs the smaller cabins. Fire show was great. Staff was friendly. Food was good but expensive. Small miscommunication from staff on first day here due to weather. '

'Stayed in a garden suite, nice size room for family of 4 (kids 7&9). They loved the pools, beach, and many activities at kids club. All staff were friendly and caring. '

'First room they took us was basic with no balcony then stuff said this is what they have then called someone and took us to 3rd floor gave us crappy room no city view which we clearly paid for room had a mouldy smell floors were cracked and stained '

'Beautiful location. Right on the beach. The Bure (hut) was dated and well lived in with many repairs and painting over the years. I loved it. It was quaint, the beds were comfy, patio was shaded. Pathway was well lit. If you are looking to be pampered or catered to, don’t look here! If you are looking for basic low key accommodations to relax and read a book this is it. No fancy cocktails or gourmet meals. 3 meals a day and it’s take it or leave it. Portions are plentiful but very basic fare....
