'They scammed me out of my money and refused to refund me after I kindly asked for it back because I booked a non smoking room and the room smelled heavy and pungent like smoke. There was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket on my bed and there was a burned incense stick on the top of the door sill as if it was used by the staff to mask the cigarette smell. I went there to take my babies swimming and the website says the pool is open but when we went to go go swim, the front desk told us it was...
