Een herenhuis in een kleine particuliere ontwikkeling met gedeeld zwembad en tuinen.

Ons huis in de kleine ontwikkeling Giralda II is een modern, goed uitgerust pand dat aan het begin van het seizoen 2016 is geüpgraded. Beddengoed, handdoeken, meet + greet en eindschoonmaak zijn inbegrepen.

Gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, is het slechts vijf minuten lopen naar het prachtige zandstrand van Les Marines, waar u verschillende restaurants en bars kunt vinden.

De woning beneden is licht en luchtig met modern meubilair en directe toegang tot het terras met uitzicht op de volwassen goed onderhouden tuinen en het zwembad. Er is een aparte woonkamer met een nieuwe grote hoekbank, satelliet-tv, Blu-ray dvd en WiFi, een eethoek voor zes personen en een nieuwe, goed uitgeruste keuken / apparatuur. Er is ook een badkamer beneden. Een aparte opgewaardeerde bijkeuken biedt plaats aan 2 fietsen voor volwassenen en een nieuwe wasmachine / droger.
Boven zijn er drie tweepersoons slaapkamers met elk AC en fans (2 x 2singles en 1 dubbel) en de andere familie badkamer. De grote slaapkamer heeft een balkon met een tafel en twee stoelen.
Buiten is er een zithoek met een tafel en stoelen voor zes, vier ligstoelen en een gas-BBQ. Er is een zonnescherm om de middagzon weg te houden, mocht dit nodig zijn.
Het verfrissende zwembad heeft een klein gedeelte voor kinderen en is ideaal om af te koelen.
Het huis heeft voldoende beveiligde parkeerplaatsen buiten.

De haven en stad van Denia ligt op slechts 3 km afstand, een goede wandeling / fiets of kan worden bereikt met de reguliere lokale bus.
Er is altijd genoeg te doen en te zien in Denia voor alle leeftijden en het is het ontdekken waard.

A very pleasant stay

We were two weeks at this apartment and it felt like we were away for a month. The timing was great to stay here (may/june), because it was very quiet at this location. We had almost every day the pool for ourselves. The apartment was clean and had everything what we needed. Only missing sunbed pillows, that was a nice to have. But overall a very nice place for our two weeks holiday.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison . A six minutes de la plage où se trouve plusieurs restaurants, petite supérette et petite fête foraine. La piscine est ouverte toute la journée sans interruption . Je recommande cette maison.

Maison très agréable,confortable et propre.La piscine est très bien aussi , il y a aussi un petit bassin pour les tout petits.Nous étions à 6 minutes à pieds de la plage où on y trouve restaurants,petites supérettes. Il y a aussi une petite fête foraine très sympathique.je recommande cette maison pour vos vacances.J’y retournerai avec plaisir .

Beautiful apartment and complex

We were really impressed with this beautiful house and the lovely gardens. It was really peaceful and well maintained and we often had the pool to ourselves. Perfect temperature pool water too. The house is very tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and some lovely artwork and most things you need on holiday. A very easy walk to San Guiseppe restaurant which we ate at a couple of times and also got a takeaway. We also tried all three restaurants down at the beach - so easy to get to. Our only disappointment was not having sunbed cushions. The white plastic sunbeds are so uncomfortable without cushions and as our favourite thing to on holiday is read books on a sunlounger, this spoilt it a bit. I ended up putting my towel on the grass as it was less uncomfortable. Overall a great place though. Thank you.

Super séjour !!

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans la maison. Tout c'est tres bien passé et l'ensemble correspondait bien à nos attentes où nous voulions confort, tranquillité et proche de la mer. Aucun soucis de communication avec Andrea. Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement propre, bien décoré avec de beaux tableaux. Une grande cuisine toute équipée, agréable pour cuisiner. Belle terrasse qui donne sur le jardin et piscine de la residence. Très bel endroit pour se rafraîchir et se reposer au calme. Chambres spacieuses. Pratique avec 2 salles de bain et une buanderie avec lave linge et tout se que vous avez besoin pour aller à la plage, chaises pliantes, parasol, jouets pour enfant. La plage se fait en 10mn à pied et pour le centre de Denia vous devez prendre la voiture. A l'entrée de Denia, il y a un parking gratuit proche de la plage centrale et pratique pour pouvoir ensuite circuler à pied. Résidence fermée où vous pouvez stationner votre vehicule sans soucis. Merci pour ces belles vacances et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

It was a great place for our family (grandparents, parents and two kids). The house had literally everything we needed and was very cozy. We spent lots of time on the patio and by the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. The pool and the communal area were very clean. The beach was a short walk from the house, it took longer for us because we had 3 and 5 y.o. with us, and I'd probably would bring a stroller next time to make it easier and faster. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. We didn't rent a car and were totally fine (groceries, local restaurants, pharmacy - all walking distance). But if you'd like to explore a little bit further, you'll need a car. Lovely town, lovely hosts and the team, very relaxing vacation. We'd love to stay there again.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison et nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée. La maison est très bien équipée et trés trés propre. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Mes enfants se sont régalés à la piscine. Denia est une ville trés agréable . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Ideale Wahl

Für uns war es ein Volltreffer. Haus, Anlage und Pool waren schön, zweckmässig und sauber. Die Strasse zum Strand ist 8min Fussweg und landeinwärts 2min zu einem sehr gutem Arroz-Restaurant, wo man sich die Paellapfanne selber holen kann. Im Haus alles picobello. Die Kinder sind in der Anlage gut aufgehoben und mit dem Pool immer beschäftigt. Die Agentur war von der Anreise über spontane persönliche Probleme bis zur Abfahrt für alle Belange erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Absolute Empfehlung.

Excellent stay!

The accommodations were exactly as described and all appliances/equipment functioned well. We stayed 3 weeks and would have stayed another 3 if we could! The location is perfect with easy access to Denia, the highway or other surrounding towns. Beds were comfortable and the linens were of nice quality. Would highly recommend this property and stay again. The owner’s and property manager’s communication was very helpful.

Great house and great location.

Our stay at the house was fantastic, everything we needed was provided. The check in/out staff were really professional and punctual. This is a great spot, the small urbanisation is really pretty, quiet and well maintained. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and local bars/restaurants but your far enough away to not be disturbed back at the house. Dénia is such a great place, we’ve been coming 20 years but there is always something new. This year we’ve discovered the new street food area with attached rooftop cocktail bars, a really classy addition. Loved this house and location and would recommend to all. We have kids 18, 15 and 12 but this place really should suit all. Looking forward to coming again. Cheers.

We had a lovely time staying here, beach is literally a 5 min walk and a lovely restaurant round the corner San Giuseppe. The property its self is perfect and in a love quite area the shared pool is lovely and always very quiet the bikes are N added plus perfect to cyle to aldi and get some bbq supplies takes about 8 mins to cycle. Would highly recommend and cant wait to revisit.

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen! – Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abbildungen und Beschreibungen geben sehr gut die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten wieder. Bezüglich der Ausstattung und Möblierung fehlt es an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Heidi Johnson ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen, ebenso die Betreuung vor Ort bei Ankunft und anderen Dingen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns bei Heidi für die schöne Zeit, die wir in ihrem Haus in Dénia verbringen konnten. The house is absolutely recommendable! - We felt very comfortable there. The illustrations and descriptions reflect the actual conditions very well. Concerning the equipment and furnishing there is nothing missing. The communication with the landlord Heidi Johnson can be described as very good, as well as the support on arrival and other things. We are very satisfied and thank Heidi for the nice time we could spend in her house in Dénia.

A beautiful house on a lovely complex

The house was lovely, really well appointed and very clean with all that you wanted for a holiday. The gardens were well kept as well . We would certainly go back next year. Fortunately we know Denia well and have stayed in an adjoining complex as we had no contact from the owners at all which was disappointing.
