Beautifull villa with sea views in La Florida

This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool has a capacity for 6 people on an open plot in a mountainous terrain. The property consists of two floors (the main dwelling upstairs and the studio downstairs).



From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, we descend through some stairs to the main floor of the dwelling.



Once inside the house, we find the spacious living-dining room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this property, its sea views. The American kitchen is equipped with everything necessary such as Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, water kettle, all necessary kitchenware, juicer, gas cooker, oven, etc.



Next to the living-dining room, we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and two small lamps, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, a dresser with mirror and a built-in wardrobe as well. Both bedrooms have cold/hot air conditioning.



The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. It is spacious and comfortable. It has a shower and basic sanitary facilities.



When going outside the living-dining room, we find a furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views. If we go down the stairs, we find the studio (with a double bed and air conditioning) and the kidney-shaped pool area (8x4m), furnished with sunbeds. The perfect place to enjoy your holidays.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, bed sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
