This beautiful, luminous, modern and tranquil villa (200 m²) with four spacious bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms (two of the rooms share a bathroom) is located in the heart of the most prestigious nature reserve "Las Rotas". The bright living room, modernly furnished, with an American kitchen, has glass fronts that overlook the terraces, which lead to the garden and pool area, decorated with good taste. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away (500 m).



The picturesque seafront promenade takes you along three kilometres of coves for snorkelling, restaurants and stone beaches. Walk west along the promenade and you will reach sandy beaches, more coastal restaurants and after just 30 minutes on foot you will be at the marina (with fish market and hippie market) and the old town of Denia, with over 300 restaurants of all nationalities and prices. An ideal place for a family holiday by the sea.

It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, outdoor bathroom with shower and WC, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning (split: cold/heat) throughout the accommodation, private pool, outdoor parking in the same building, mosquito nets in the room, television.

The American kitchen, with induction, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
