The covered terrace provides access to the 2nd floor where the 4th bedroom with shower room and a solarium is located. The covered terrace on the 1st floor also allows you to go down to the first floor where the pool area is located. There is a very nice view of the sea and of Dénia from all levels. Beautiful view of the mountain (Montgo) as well.
Nice L-shaped swimming pool very pleasant with its also splendid view. WIFI, satellite TV, table tennis available.
There is another listing for this villa for 14 people. In the version for 14 people, the first floor is also accessible with 3 additional bedrooms and a 2nd living room with billiards and an additional kitchen.
Note that when the villa is rented for 8 people, the first floor is closed.

The summer kitchen has a sink, a fridge, a barbecue, a large gas plancha and a stove + paella dish.
Please note that the jacuzzi located on the summer kitchen side is not part of the services offered.

As for the air conditioning, as specified further in the information on this subject, it is included in the price within the limit of reasonable use (200 kwh). We are counting on the responsibility of holidaymakers to make good use of it, by not leaving the air conditioning running with the exterior doors and windows open in particular. Note that the electric subscription does not allow all the air conditioners to be operated at the same time at maximum power. It is therefore recommended to run the 2 large air conditioners in the stays during the day if necessary and the air conditioners in the rooms at night if necessary.
