Would not recommend unless you’re desperate. Ended up not staying due to safety concerns and cleanliness. The guy that checked us in was wearing basketball shorts and no shoes. Mold. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Was only provided with half a roll of toilet paper. Beds were stained with god knows what. It’s just a no for me

It's amazing that we didn't get a contact high from the pot fumes around the room. There is NO breakfast. The lobby isn't even open!! Towel rack half torn off the wall, sink & tub were dirty! It was cheap so we weren't expecting anything marvelous but there's no excuse for dirty room. If we weren't exhausted from driving we wouldn't have even unloaded the luggage!! Beware of this property!!

Bathroom was slippery when first walked in. Saw a couple of dead flies. Woke up with a welt on my arm most likely due to a bed bug. The staff was cordial and great location. The hotel needs renovation. Great location, took me less than a minute to get back onto I 40. There is an adult video store next to the hotel, but I did not encounter any issues. Shower was great, but cleneliness was the issue. AC worked fine. I would stay there again if I was very tired and just wanted to shower and crash.

Staff is nice. Its a basic stay meaning there is no cable TV, hospital pillows (they will provide extra pillows but not pillowcases) and no breakfast items. Shower was good and hot, heater worked well and it was quiet. Alright stay for a night.

Motel very outdated and seems like people live there. Feels kinda unsafe. However, it is in a very remote location which worked for us, and it has a huge parking area in the back for any type of large vehicle including 18 wheelers! We came with our Uhaul and RV.

Long day of travel, check in went smooth. Though learned NO BREAKFAST currently included (different than online notation). In room found one bed without cover sheet, stained ceiling tiles in bath, tile grout from white to black, some bugs around sink..... Desk help brought a sheet for me to place on the bed, dismissed bugs with "small roaches, all hotels have them" ... 81 yr old mother & I thought about leaving, though was late in evening, luggage unloaded, too tired to relocate. Floor was dirty = 10 minutes after shower, mother had to wash blackened feet and make sure wore shoes rest of stay.... of 6 nights on road, this was least pleasing.

Find somewhere else to stay! When I discovered a strip club next door, I should have run away, but figured I'd only be there for a few hours and I'd just deal with it. One of my dogs started pacing the floors when I turned out the lights (I could still see thanks to the neon from next door). I turned back on the lights, only to find cockroaches on my pillow and in the sheets. A few days later, welts began to appear all over my body and my scalp is itchy. Only once I used lice shampoo, did that scalp calm down...but I'm still finding lice in my clothing and on my body. I am in the process of steaming/freezing/disposing of everything I had on this trip in hopes that will keep the bed bugs from finding their way into my home. Expedia was great initially when I needed to get away from this property, by refunding me the price of the room plus a $50 voucher. But, when I contacted them once it was obvious I got lice and bed bug bites, they did nothing. One manager promised a $50 voucher (that won't pay medical bills or replace what I have to throw away as a result of being at this motel). That promise of their "compensation" still has yet to happen. I'm rather upset and still contemplating legal action as this is a violation of health code to have such filthy accommodations. Expedia management state they are only a booking agent and are not responsible for what the individual property does. Well, they could pull the listing for one thing, as we all expect clean rooms.

This place was horrible. I should have guessed it when the manager called me at dinner time to let me know he cancelled our reservation cause we didn't show up yet and he just figured we changed our mind like most people. If you are an unsuspecting traveler FO NOT BOOK HERE! The cost of this room was the same as a nice place so save yourself the disappointment. The rooms are cruddy. Rust and black mold everywhere. Towel racks falling off the wall, lamps didn't work, and white linens were brown. Just don't go here. The only positive is we weren't bitten by bedbugs.

The hotel isn't much to look at. The surroundings aren't ideal either. It is in need of some updating but it was clean in my room and I saw no roaches as described in other reviews. If you're on the road and need a place that's inexpensive, then this is it. Very close to I-40 too!

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. Thank you for alerting us to a potential pest problem. We are investigating and treating to make sure that this is an isolated incident. I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience with new rules that have come to pass because of the Covid 19 restrictions and limited staffing. We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.

The hotel was older. Our room, 201 was large, partially remodeled, and very clean. The carpet, paint, and bathroom were new. The furnishings were not. Check in was easy, but I could not ten who was an employee when I arrived.
