'Such a great little spot!! The few rooms in the Lodge are clean and comfortable, small and older but just great. The bedding was bleachy clean and the comforters seemed crisp and new. We felt safe and it was quiet… Once the jammin live music at the awesome Next door brewery and restaurant stopped that is! Food was incredible, beer and music was fabulous. We hope to be back again!!'

'Two things completely ruined our experience.
First, we got food poisoning from dinner at the restaurant, which left us unable to eat the next morning and feeling unwell for the rest of the trip.
Second, there is a fire station across the street, and their sirens are extremely loud - enough to wake you up. Worse, the hotel had a fire alarm going off throughout the night. Around 5am, it finally triggered a response from the fire department, waking everyone up.

'A slice of heaven. From Buddys warm greeting to everyone on staff they are just the nicest, most witty and welcoming staff I’ve ever seen, without being pretentious. The chef hits it out of the park, creative and expertly prepared and freshly sourced. We will be back to relax and decompress again.A wonderful experience sinking into feather beds and Pendleton robes.'

Only improvement would be cleaning of room . We got a message while out asking if we would like the room cleaned that day with a circa 3 hour window that cleaners were available . We asked for it to be and unfortunately it wasn’t when we returned. Put it down to message system delays but think better system needed than this. Definately worth visiting though . '

"Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. "
