Comprised of two nearly identical side-by-side properties, this vacation rental is perfect for families or a group traveling together. Peppered with nautical design and decor, the light and bright interiors feature coveted open layouts. Whip up crowd-pleasing recipes in two well-equipped kitchens, then gather together at the dining tables for special meals. The adjacent living rooms provide the perfect space to unwind with your favorite TV shows. Each duplex has a primary bedroom on the main level, a spacious upstairs room, and a deck with a gas grill.

A shared picnic area offers the perfect space for cookouts with your crew. Extra perks include central air conditioning and a shaded outdoor shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
