Goed Hotel voor zaken mensen ( come and go ), minder voor gezins vakantie!! Wel schoon en netheid! Te druk bijde hoofd ingang - tegen de straat aan !!!!

Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is prima in orde.
Een prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Helaas spreken ze gebrekkig Engels, maar dat is volgens mij in heel Indonesië. Ik had een kingsize bed geboekt, maar die was niet meer beschikbaar. Alleen twin beds beschikbaar. Ik ging niet akkoord en moest zelf vragen om een eventuele upgrade. Hier gaven zij gehoor aan en gaven ons een Junior Suite met woonkamer en zelfs twee slaapkamers tegen mijn geboekte prijs. Dat is dan wel weer netjes!

The hotel is rather rundown, the bed was comfortable but the room could have been cleaner. I did like the breakfast. Also there is a rooftop pool which offers excellent views of the surrounding area.

Not clean, food was not good, staff is not aware of bookings and asked us to checkout a day before actual checkout. Do not hire their driver, he is too expensive.

Location is rather far from the heart of Kuta - the surrounding area is rather drab. Hotel was simple and clean enough although the rooms had very thin walls so it could get quite noisy. In general, the hotel looks like it's seen better days. Staff were friendly otherwise.

The breakfast was amazing. A huge spread of food each morning with many different options. The breakfast staff was SO nice and helpful. They were immediately attentive and constantly refilling food. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, very responsive. The hotel is close to the airport in a great location for shopping or catching a taxi to the beach. The gym is the best gym I've experienced in a hotel ever before. The pools are gorgeous. And the room service is delicious and very well priced. We ate room service nearly every single night. It's also 24/7 room service so if you work late or just need a midnight snack, they're always available. Overall, a fantastic hotel, especially for the price. I've never had so many great amenities at such a great price before!

基本上房間可以,付近有便利商店,走出飯店左手邊有超市,大約步行十分鐘!
早餐人太多東西供應的慢,團體與個人在同一個地方用餐,有些失去用餐的氣氛!

The property was in a good location easy to get to. Was unhappy with the service asked several times to get ac fixed in our room as it was leaking and safe was not in use. They were fixed after the fourth time asking.

A good poolside and a good rooftop breakfast but terrible location, nothing interesting nearby, traffic to head to nice things, and the air conditioning in the room almost doesn’t work - deal breaker for me! The room needs to be cool and comfortable and beautiful- that’s the real experience for a tourist! Bali is pretty hot in May so good air conditioning is important!

Do not choose this hotel because nothing is good about it.. The noise is to much, the staff are incompetent, the food is terrible, no working wifi etc. If you would like to stay there, try atleast 1 or 2 nights, do not take more as i did...

One of the maids or housekeeping staff broke the glass to the balcony while I was away to an island on Lombok and right when I’m checking out - late to my flight by the way they said I had to pay because it was guest liability. Because I was going miss my flight I paid it but will definitely complain to the hotel management.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. our room was not clean the whole time we were there. the faucet n shower n toilet were not clean everyday . only replaced the towels and made the beds.

Staff was very unprofessional, they just let sit there waiting and I have to asked if the room is ready also there were no staff offered to help with your luggage. AC inside the room was leaking and water dropping from the ceiling! It looks like the hotel has not been maintained properly and left the next morning ASAP!!!! Terrible!! DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

Nice hotel. Didn’t spend a lot of time in there due to sight seeing and exploring the island. Breakfast is lovely and lots to choose from. Rooms were clean on arrival, however safe didn’t work and staff never came to check after we asked. Fresh bottled water in room given every day which was lovely. Stayed at Christmas time so very busy which means the hotel being a slight further walk than the main hotels near Kuta Beach was more beneficial when needing a taxi to different places as less traffic! Spa massage was lovely. Pool area was clean and nice. Staff polite and friendly

The room I stayed was very noisy as it is close to the reception area and the hotel is too close to the road where traffic is very busy. The room is also very dark as the balcony is covered. The price is good and the gym is great. One has to trade off between these factors when considering this hotel.

booked and payed through expedia well in advance. got to the hotel and they had no booking for us as we not in the system. after waiting for 45 minutes, it took me getting quite upset with the service desk attendant that they gave us a room.

Comfortable hotel with a good gym for a hotel. Good roof top open air breakfast buffet. Air-conditioners in rooms leak water and create a puddle on the floor. Disappointingly the Wifi was very poor everywhere except the lobby. Room servicing was patchy - every day they'd forget something and it was impossible to get them to come back (One day I tried calling reception 4 times to get towels with no luck! ). Served as a good base for our first week in Bali but there is nothing in the local area so we needed to get a cab to sites and restaurants.

This hotel is a very big and modern facility. It's the polar opposite of the small little boutique hotels we stayed in in Bali. The hotel lobby, full of tourists checking in or checking out, reminded me of the bustle of casino hotels in Vegas, yet the staff was very friendly and attentive: which is a no small feat when you you consider how many guests they deal with every day. The two pools are beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The laundry needed some attention as my partner's "fresh" bath towel had what looked like a food stain on it and there were makeup marks on our sheet (lipstick or blush...I couldn't tell for sure). Otherwise, the room was neat and tidy. Room service was prompt. The area immediately around the hotel is not particularly interesting, but a 30 minute stroll gets you to the beach. The airport shuttle which cost 150,000 rupiah or $11 US was easy to arrange and got us to the airport swiftly with a 30 minute drive time. Overall, this hotel was a very good value for the money and we were happy to have stayed there.

The wifi in this hotel was not good. I chose the hotel because i read it would be good for a business traveler, but it was not. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but they let people smoke at the table. So if you like 2nd hand smoke, you will love it.

I stayed in Ramada for two days with Family. Excellent ambience and service by the hotel team. Added advantage is the Krishna super market which is having almost all range of product and most important is no need to Bargain:-). The hotel is also not too far from the Airport and in a way better that we don't get stuck in the usual traffic around the Kuta area.
