Kleinschalige Balinese oase met heerlijke villas
Kamuela is een erg fijne plek om je Bali-reis door te brengen. Wij zaten tot 2 keer toe in één van de villas met privé zwembad(je). Ondanks dat er wat achterstallig onderhoud is her en der (dat komt door het extreme weer op Bali in ren combi van hitte en regenval en het bouwen met goedkope materialen) voelt Kamuela heerlijk. De vibe klopt en het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt goed Engels gesproken, het ontbijt dat dagelijks wordt geserveerd op de veranda is lekker (keuze de avond ervoor doorgeven en middels de bamboe koker aan je deur hangen). De buitendouche en binnenbadkamer zijn een topcombi omdat de boel dan lekker hygienisch blijft. Ruime huisjes, fijn bed en geen probleem om er een extra (kinder)bed bij te zitten. De entree ligt aan de voorkant in de mainstreet van Het rustige gedeelte van Sanur waardoor alle restaurantjes, juicebars, cafeetjes en shops op kruipafstand zijn. De lange boulevard langs de kust van Sanur is eveneens op een paar minuten loopafstand. Kamuela is een aanrader. Wij zouden zo weer teruggaan naar huisje 2 😇

Kleinschalig hotel met villa’s en suites. Eerder geschikt voor volwassen dan voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen.

Prachtige service !
De oorspronkelijk toegewezen villa met één slaapkamer, voldeed helemaal niet aan de verwachtingen.Dit dan ook meteen laten weten aan de mensen van de receptie. Ze vroegen ons of we even konden wachten omdat ze gingen kijken wat ze konden doen. Slechts vijf minuutjes later werd ons een villa met 2 slaapkamers toegewezen (weliswaar met de melding dat er 1 kamer gesloten bleef) Voor ons in elk geval een prachtige oplossing.Dank hiervoor aan de verantwoordelijke mensen!!

Heel fijn hotel
Wij hebben onze laatste nacht doorgebracht in hotel. Lekker warm water douche, grote jacuzzi die het bij ons helaas niet deed maar ach. Super grote ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en 5 min lopen van het strand! Ideaal!!

Fantastisch klein hotel met prima voorzieningen.

Fantastisch.
Ondanks het feit dat er flink gewerkt werd aan het hotel hebben we hier een uitstekende drie nachten doorgebracht. De kamer en badkamer zijn enorm, superschoon, hebben een uitstekend bed en er is zelfs een privé jacuzzi in de voorkamer. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent, het complex en zwembad prachtig. Ook het ontbijt (ik heb er drie verschillende geprobeerd) is zeer goed. Eigenlijk geen minpunten.

The room that I was put in was facing the road, no windows, music till late from the restaurant across the road, not acceptable. Moved upstairs to the same loud music till late, spoilt my holiday. I only stayed 6 nights as I couldn’t sleep. Asked about villas at the back of the property but none were ever available so I will not recommend this property at all to anyone 😡 So Expedia you owe me for 4 nights.

I was upgraded to a villa once a got there. I have my own pool which was amazing. The place is nice but the door of the room was not sealed when u close it. So in the night I could see lizards inside my room. The surroundings areas are not very pleasant. Not much to see

위치로는 조금 아쉬운곳이었어요. 또 호텔이라기에는 입구가 너무 작고 좁아서 찾기가 어려웠어요. 베트남쌀국수집 틈새로들어가야 호텔 안내실이 나옵니다. ᆢ 전 카무엘라이름과 현 사가라호텔이 달라 예약시 조금 혼선이 있었어요. 바다가까이지만 도보로 나갈수없어 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 이름처럼 룸이 크고 깨끗합니다. 필터도 깨끗했어요. 조식으로 선택한 일본식 도식락도 맛있었어요. 첫날은 미소국이 아주 뜨겁고 맛있었는데. 다음날엔 미지근해서 아쉬웠지만 잘 먹었습니다.

The Villa was in a quiet area of Sanur on the main street, the staff at the villa and suites we friendly and would go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was ever too much, I would highly recommend this resort and will be certainly staying there again in the future. There is options there for dining there and also a variety of restaurants around, plenty of different places to shop whether you like the markets or shops. It is within walking distances of the main drag in Sanur.

The Sagara Villas were just superb. My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom villa as that was the only villa available when we booked. It was just magnificent ! Everything about it, we just loved it. The pool was spectacular the villas and the living areas were amazing plus the bathrooms were super awesome with the outdoor rain showers! Was such a wonderful peaceful and relaxing experience we will definitely be back! The staff were also fantastic, so helpful and sweet. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room every morning and spent most about time swimming in our private pool...what a great holiday! The villa was in a great area also, very quiet but so close to shops restaurants and the beach. I was so sad that we had to leave, we can't wait to return! Thank you Sagara, our stay with you was absolutely wonderful and such lovely memories.

Sagara was wonderful for a quiet relaxing few days after the noise and busyness of Ubud. The apartment was clean and spacious and the private pool was wonderful. All the staff went out of their way to make it a wonderful break, with their friendly, smiling faces. Nothing was too much trouble

We loved our stay at Sagara. First time back since Covid and it didn't disappoint. Some work being done to the premises but that didn't impact on us. It'll make the whole place better in the long run. Breakfast options are fine and tasty. Western, Mexican and Bali options. The suites are well setout and the air-conditioning is frosty. The pool being so very warm was probably my biggest issue in the whole experience. As usual, the staff were superb. Nothing is too much trouble and we were very well looked. We'll be back again!!

Firstly very disrespectful not to be informed prior to our arrival there was construction happening in the villa next door 7 days a week 9-5pm (however started at 8am and finished 5.30/6pm) no management intervention. Poor form!

It is nice to stay in a boutique property like Sagara. There was always plenty of room available at the pool, and often we had it to ourselves. The grounds are peaceful and quiet. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The location is fantastic with everything you need within a 10 minute walk. The room was kept very clean and the bed very soft. The cons to consider is that all the suites back on to the road which includes a restaurant that plays live music every night from 8-11pm, so please factor this in if it is something that will bother you. The breakfast will be satisfying for most, but wasn't big enough for my husband. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

9月4日から7日まで2ベッドルームヴィラに3泊しました。こじんまりとした綺麗なホテルで、スタッフの対応もフレンドリーでした。歩いて5分くらいのところにスーパーがあり、買い物には便利な場所です。ただ、ナイトマーケット等は北側にありますので、歩いて行くには40分くらいかかります（Grabを使えばすぐ行けます）。海岸には直接行けませんが、隣のホテルの敷地を通って行きました（特に何も言われませんでしたが）。ホテルのレストランはリーズナブルで美味しかったです。またサヌールに行く時があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。

We stayed in a pool Villa and it was wonderful. The staff are always smiling and very friendly. Nothing was ever a bother. The food from Sagara Villas and Suites restaurant/cafe was very very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff, Management should be very proud.

We stayed at SAGARA Villas and Suites for one night only, before our trip to Nusa Lembongan the next morning. We had a really great experience. The one-bedroom villa I stayed in was amazing. A great outdoor shower, as well as an indoor bath and bathroom, a great size room, outdoor lounge, kitchen and a plunge pool. Everything was clean, and the bed really comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful, and took great care of us. I arrived and had a massive headache, and they went out of their way to go to the pharmacy to buy painkillers for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the Vietnamese restaurant next door was really good too. We wished we had stayed an extra night as the villa experience with private pool and friendly staff were fantastic. Thank you for a great stay, and for taking such great care of us.

Private pool villas were perfect for a couples getaway, we felt like we were the only people staying at the hotel. Sanur is very low key and peaceful with everything you need in walking distance. All hotel staff were amazing and went out of their way to ensure the stay was memorable

I had an incredible stay in one of the SAGARA suites. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, was cleaned well everyday and there was also a turndown service which was a great touch. The pool area was great and always a free sun lounger when I went down. I also made use of the spa facilities and received the best balinese massage I've had - highly recommend this service. The quality of food was also great, I had both breakfast and dinner from the hotel menus and couldn't fault it. There is also a Vietnamese restaurant tied to the hotel that you can order from which was also delicious. Finally the staff were really what made this place, I received 5* service from all staff members.
