The home is fully renovated and central to everything! Denver: 25 mins, Red Rocks: 20 mins, Colorado Springs: 70 mins, Breckenridge: 90 mins.

This is the perfect getaway for watching movies, playing games/cards, cocktails outside & enjoying the hot tub under the stars. Hiking, fishing, and exploring are all right out your door. Want to escape to the mountains? You'll be less than a 1-hour drive to world-class skiing and 14,000 ft summits. 

We want our house to feel like home to you! The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, T.P, & other basic toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking basics! Spices, oil, ketchup, coffee/creamer, dishes, and even outdoor cups for use in the hot tub or a playing a competitive game of cornhole. All of the 5 TVs throughout the house are smart TVs. If you'd like to use your personal accounts, feel free (be sure to log out of your personal accounts when you leave! There are three 55" TVs, a 50" TV, and a 32" TV.

You will have full access to the entire home. (Note: no access to the garage or front entry closet. These areas are restricted for our cleaners' supplies and storage.)

We LOVE our neighbors and the neighborhood! Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm to 9:00 am local time. We have Minut noise monitors installed on the back patios, and they DO NOT RECORD, but they do monitor decibel levels and alert us remotely if the backyard noise reaches an unacceptable level. *Please read more in the Welcome Manual.* If we have to ask you to vacate the property because of noise or a party (more than the registered guest count), you will be fined $500.00 and will not get a refund for your remaining days.

Please, NO GLASS in the hot tub - we have Aluminum cups under the coffee pot that you are welcome to use. We do have stairs. There are stairs to enter the home except for the patio sliders. All bedrooms are located upstairs or downstairs; the kitchen and living room are on the main level. We have 2 baby gates that you're welcome to use. (Note: There are 4 stairs leading from the kitchen to the half bath & den area where a baby gate will not fit as one wall is open.) We ask that you DO NOT use the fireplace. It has not been serviced and could cause a safety issue if used.

If you are bringing dogs, we allow 2 dogs for a $150/stay fee. We expect that you clean up the yard during your stay and report and damages if needed.
