It took me at least 25 minutes to check in.
When I arrived at the front desk I was the only person there. The clerk couldn't find my reservation in their system although they could see it through expedia. Apparently that is a huge hassle and she didn't know what to do. As she is trying to figure it out two other customers walk in and she stops helping me to help them first even though I was there first. Then she had to call someone to figure out how to check me in. Also, this hotel didn't mention that they require a $100 dollar deposit to check in. So they put a 3 day hold of $100 on your credit/ debit card. So its not as budget friendly as it appears. I won't be back to this hotel.
