Ons herenhuis bevindt zich in een gemeenschap van Reunion, die slechts 10 minuten naar de DIA duurt, 20 minuten naar het centrum van Denver, 30 minuten naar alle grote winkelcentra.
Het is volledig ingericht en uitgerust met alle huidige high-tech, ecologische functies zoals high-speed dual-band act-wifi, Nest-thermostaat en rook- / koolmonoxidemelders, smart-tv's met Chromecast, zodat u uw eigen inhoud kunt streamen ....
Roestvrijstalen apparaten met gaskookplaat zijn ook inbegrepen. Naast een waterontharder en een gootsteen waterfilter, gooien we ook de telleroven, blender en warmwatermaker in. Alles wat je dagelijks nodig hebt om jezelf het gevoel te geven dat je thuis bent
Het heeft 3 slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping met 2 kingsize bedden en een tweepersoonsbed. Wasmachine en droger zijn ook inbegrepen, zodat u uw eigen ding kunt doen
Uw gezin en u hebben volledige toegang tot de gemeenschappelijke fitnessruimte en het buitenzwembad met een kleine gasttoeslag
Garage voor 2 wagens is goed voor opslag en het parkeren van uw auto's bij koud weer
Ons huis wordt altijd beschouwd als een "rookvrij en huisdiervrij" huis, maar je zou in de garage kunnen roken vanwege het weer en de privacy.

It’s more beautiful in person and it’s in a very nice neighborhood. There was more than enough space for my group of 6 and we had mostly everything we needed. The only con is that a good amount of the dishes weren’t cleaned properly but that’s literally it.

The property manager was very polite and responsive. The unit had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group. The draw backs were as follows: a lot of old, open, leftover food in the pantry. We threw out 2 large trash bags of items so we could utilize the space. The carpet was very worn and dirty. I felt I had to vacuum daily to ensure we were not walking on/in old dirty carpet. It also smelled like there were smokers that inhabited the unit, they tried to freshen it up but you could still tell. The area is nice and there were a lot of close amenities to enjoy.

Home was clean and comfortable in a great location. Easy to get to area expressways, close to the airport without any noise from planes, close to grocery store and gas station. Quiet neighborhood with a nearby beautiful walking path around 2 ponds.

Overall the space was perfect for what we needed. However, few things to note there weren’t quite enough towels for a long trip. We had to do laundry a few times to have enough to last us. The rugs and garage could use some maintenance. The upstairs gets quite warm so I would be weary about going during hot weather. I really loved how they had the washer and dryer available with the laundry detergent there for us to use. It was super convenient. The house is in walking distance to the coffee shop and it’s such a nice area just to walk around and enjoy the scenery. Each room had a tv which was nice when traveling with a group of people sometimes you want your own space. Overall the place was great and we had a great family trip.

The condo we stayed at was suitable for the 4 adults we had. We just needed a place to sleep at night, and a nice kitchen to cook dinners, which this condo accomplished. The neighborhood of Reunion is fabulous and growing. Kitchen was fine for our needs, please check to make sure you have all utensils needed for a meal prior to cooking (apparently we needed a new can opener, which the owner provided for us next day). Garage access was a plus. Overall, very happy with the stay!

The house is close to Denver International Airport, very convenient since we had late arrival and early departure flights. We were very comfortable at the house, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches like light switch labels. The neighborhood has a pharmacy, grocery store and many restaurant options close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay in a quiet community. it’s a bit difficult to get an Uber or Lyft out there so be sure to have a car or schedule your rides. Nice to have a garage on site and the coffee shop within walking distance.

We were in the Denver area for a wedding! This home accommodated our group of six perfectly. It was spacious and had multiple bathrooms. There were stores and restaraunts right across the street, it was truly 15 minutes away from airport, and had convenient access to the main highways.

Everything was perfect! Notes in each room to know how to use TV’s, WiFi etc. Ken even had essential kitchen items like butter, seasonings, even things like cereal, coffee and much more. He really goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room for us and nice to have a full size kitchen. Parking was great, garage enclosed. Location was very neighborhood friendly and I walked around a near by pond. Beautiful Ken was most accommodating, Checked in with us several times throughout our stay.

Had a great stay here last week with the kids. Its pretty close to the airport but our drive was usually 20-30 mins to most places we went. Was nice to have space to spread out at night vs a small hotel room. Owner was very easy to deal with even checked up with to make sure all was OK. Would stay here again on any return trip to Denver.
