This has got to be the worst hotel. I reserved a room here through Expedia. I selected the reserve now pay at the hotel option, and they just took my money straight away. So I finally get there it's 11:15 pm, I had to wait outside for over an hour for the night person to give me my room key. I get my room key, and I walk in on another guest who was in bed. So I go back to the front desk and tell them they have me a key for a room that was already occupied, and they proceed to tell me that they are completely booked. I all of they can put me at another extended stay, and they tell me that because it's now after 12 am- I wouldn't be able to check in until 3 pm- they said they'd refund me and it would take 7-14 business days for the money to come back to me. So needless to say I got to sleep in my rental car for 2 days because they had all my money tied up. it was only 7° degrees outside. Then to add insult to injury, it took them 14 days to even begin the process of refunding my money, and that's only because I had to call every single day for 2 weeks, which then took another 2 weeks to receive it. The manager apparently thinks it's all right to yell at customers, because he was tired of me asking questions. Totally unacceptable!!! This place is trash!
