Welcome to the GlennBnB short-term rental (STR License # 22-40)! This beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Less than a minute walk from fishing Croke Reservoir. The house is professionally designed for a group of friends or families with kids! Bunch of games and activities to enjoy for both kids and adults! Only ~15min from Downtown Denver, Highland, and RiNo, 25min from both Boulder and Golden, 25min from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 30min from DIA & 1 to 2 hour from best ski resorts.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

*Bedroom 1: This upstairs bedroom has 1 king bed for 2 guests. It also has a closet space for 2 guests, an office desk with an ergonomic chair, and a three-piece vanity set.
*Bedroom 2: This upstairs bedroom has 1 king bed and a closet space for 2 guests.
*Bedroom 3: This upstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed and a closet space for 2 guests.
*Bedroom 4: This downstairs bedroom has 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, and 43" smart tv, and a closet. There is also an extra single bed that can be put together quickly for the 10th guest, if needed. It includes the foldable frame (stored in lower level game room closet), box spring (stored in the laundry room) and mattress (stored in the Bedroom 4 closet).

Blackout curtains with hook and loop tapes are provided in the closets for all bedrooms. The hook tapes are already installed on the windows and the loop tapes are installed on the curtains. Ready to use! There are also 2 irons and 2 ironing boards in upstairs bedrooms.

You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with large mirrors, hotel-grade towels, and hair dryers. Both bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

*Bathroom 1: This upstairs bathroom has 1 shower/tub combo, toilet and shower supplies, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors, and 1 hair dryer.
*Bathroom 2: This downstairs bathroom has 1 walk-in shower, toilet and shower supplies, 1 sink, 1 mirror, and 1 hair dryer.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The kitchen features beautiful countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Also you may find a toaster, a coffee maker, a professional blender, a rice maker, an electric kettle, an electric indoor grill, and a waffle maker in the kitchen. As well as high quality cooking sets, a dinnerware set for up to 4 kids are also provided. A fully stocked coffee, tea, sugar, and different spices are also provided. Dish washer detergents, kitchen towels, dish cleaning supplies, and paper towels are also provided. You may also use the pantry for your needs. The first aid kid is located inside the pantry. The dining area features a 10-feet custom designed dining table with 10 chairs which can seat up to 10 adults comfortably.

The living room features two beautiful sofas, a 65” smart tv, luxury entrance table with a mirror, and a beautiful fireplace!

☆☆ LOWER LEVEL GAME ROOM ☆☆
The lower level game room is made for you and your group to gather and have fun all together! This space includes four arcades (three arcades for adults and one small arcade with a stool for kids), nerf guns with electronic shooting target, board games, two beautiful sofas for anyone who want to sit and play board games or watch their favorite show or sports game on a 43” smart TV. Kids supplies including crib, high chair, kids play tent mat, toys, kids books, outlet covers, and baby gate are also provided either in the game room area or in the game room's closet and are ready to use for families with kids.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Just out the back sliding door you will find a huge beautiful backyard with a view to a beautiful fishing Croke Reservoir, a brand new 5-seater hot tub with a bistro table (please fold the cover gently and enjoy the hot tub. Please put the cover back on and lock it every time after using it to keep the hot tub warm), two sets of outdoor furniture for relaxing/dining with bistro tables, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, cornhole sets, two lounge chairs with a bistro table and a large umbrella, outdoor lighting all the way around the backyard, solar lighting and patio misting around the canopy, and a fun huge swing set that is provided only for 3 to 10 year old kids.

☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆
The garage is specifically designed for working out and playing games for adults. It features a treadmill, exercise bike, dumbbell of various weights, gym mirror, yoga mats, two extra thick yoga balls, pool table, air hockey table, dartboard, and a 43” smart tv. There's an extra fridge in the garage to use. There is a driveway and ample off-street parking directly in front of the house. Please do not try to park your car in the garage, as it is completely occupied and is designed for workouts and adult games.

An office desk and an ergonomic chair are provided in the upstairs bedroom.

☆☆ Indemnification ☆☆
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Indemnifier will hold harmless and indemnify the Indemnitee against any and all claims and actions arising out of Indemnitee’s participation in use of any and all equipment and amenities including but not limited to, ladder(s), exercise equipment, hot tub, swing set, nerf guns, arcades, pool table, air hockey, darts and dart board, silverware, oven, chairs, tables, desks, grill, fire pit, stairs, bunk bed (and other beds), and bathrooms during the Indemnitee’s stay in the property listed in this page, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements, and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising from the Indemnitee’s participation in use of any and all equipment and amenities in the property listed in this page.

☆☆GUEST ACCESS☆☆

Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours before your check-in time.

Guests have entire house to themselves with keyless smart home generated access codes. Make yourself at home. Washer and dryer are available for guest use for free, with laundry detergent provided. Please note that two brand new dryers are provided in the house (both are in great working conditions), one in the laundry room and one in the garage.

☆☆OTHER THINGS☆☆
The house is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important to us. No parties allowed! Please respect quiet hours (10PM to 8AM) and turn off all the string lights in the backyard after 10pm, as they make it difficult for our neighbors to sleep.

Please note that we have installed two actively recording cameras overlooking the front yard (outside of the property) which records video and audio for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.

The house is designed to comfortably sleep up to 10 persons. Also, one crib and one portable play yard with mattress and toy bar are provided for infants/toddlers are provided.

No children are allowed to be unsupervised, specifically when they use swing set in the backyard or the nerf guns in the house. Also, they are not allowed in hot tub area. Please note that the guests are fully responsible for their own safety and safety of their children during their stay. So, please be cautious when using any and all tools, equipment, and amenities in the house during your stay.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. Smoking in the property outside of the house (for example in the backyard) is allowed, as long as all doors and windows are closed.

Please do not remove the mesh drain strainers in the kitchen sinks to prevent drain clogs.

Free highspeed (400mbps) Wi-Fi is provided.

Total of four smart TVs with streaming capabilities! Netflix is provided in all TVs for free.

We allow up to two dogs with a 100lb weight limit. No cats! If you bring a pet without notifying the host, there will be a $500 fine. There is a dog waste station bag dispenser with a hand sanitizer bottle in the backyard. Please clean up after your dog(s), otherwise it will be a $200 fine.

Year round brand new 5-seater hot tub is available to enjoy! Please fold the cover gently and enjoy the hot tub. Maintenance will provide weekly cleaning. Please put the hot tub cover back on and lock it every time after using it to keep the hot tub warm.

You may find extra propane tanks stored in the storage shed in the backyard.
