Mooie, ruime, schone kamer
De shuttle reed daadwerkelijk. De kamer zag er zeer schoon uit. De douche was heerlijk warm. De bedden lagen lekker. Het bestek en de borden waren wegwerp dat was eigenlijk het enige minpuntje. Ook was het ontbijt niet uitgebreid maar dat bleek overal zo te zijn.

Room key didn’t work an elevator and walk was 10 min each way w heavy luggage . I asked to be away from stairs an elevator an I was right by stairs. Noisy in adjoining rooms till 2 am an I had to leave at 3:30. Room was fine. Staff seemed tired but were pleasant but disorganized. 1 hours sleep so hard to say a good stay this time .

I liked the outdoor garden area. Some enterances needed to be repaired so that they opened with the key card. Also the hot tub was broken.

The TV had a poor selection of channels, was clumsy to operate, kept repopulating the channel list and changing channels on its own. The only operating elevator was at the far end of the hall as far away from the lobby as possible. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and courteous. I can't say I'd recommend the hotel but it worked okay for my purposes.

The property is dated compared to other properties and the elevator was out of order. The working elevator has graffiti and damage to the doors. Just did not feel SAFE. I requested a cancellation due to the condition of my room - I was told its too late and that I could not get a refund. My room had stained sheets and best I was offered was another even FURTHER away from the elevator.

We found out when we got to the hotel to check in that they do not accept any payment except cards it is 2024 and we pay all by apple pay, we were just lucky that one of us had there card with them.

Outlets in first room didn't work in the bathroom. We were moved to a second room. It smelled strongly of some cleaning agent - sickening smell.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Attention to maintenance is lacking (loose toilet seat) and a kind of weird smell in the room. Noisy AC unit, lumpy sagging mattress.

Bathroom was not clen, pool facilities were not in working order, Shower was broken and no hot water. Not the best experience. It was ok to stay in for one night. But might not stay there in the future.

The staff at check in was so incredibly pleasant and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. Our room had some maintenance issues. The main door lock was broken and so was the bathroom door.

Lots of issues here: 1) both elevators were not working and I’m on 5th floor having to carry all my suitcases up and down :-( 2) the whole hotel had no lotions left for the rooms 3) person watching the front desk was a sweet young gentleman that wasn’t that knowledgeable or too confident in being in charge so when our neighbors had rap music party until 4am l, I felt it was pointless asking the young man

While my stay at the La Quinta by Wyndham was brief (a quick over-night due to a lengthy layover at DIA) it was a positive experience. The shuttle bus runs punctually and the explanation of where to catch it was spot on. The room was clean, featuring an attractive paint scheme and tasteful decorating; the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and the in-room coffee was adequate.

We have stayed here twice within the last month. The mattresses were very saggy and uncomfortable. Very hard on our backs. Hope you are planning to replace them soon.

The property is showing its age, quite a lot of wear and tear. Also elevator, pool and spa issues. That said it is not bad value for the price. Was disappointed that extended parking is now at a charge, which changes the value part of the equation for us. We will shop around more next time.

One of the elevators didn't work, the room key didn't open some of the exterior entrances, and the room just had some weird touches, like no way to lock the bathroom door

Front desk people were rude and making fun of other guest, they failed to inform me that i have to pay for parking when i had asked, there were no sheets in the room, the laundry room was unlocked and dirty, there were dead bugs in the room, offered nothing in the shop Area for snacks, the WiFi didn’t work at all neither did the TVS or the chrome cast. Also the housekeeping were extremely disruptive and loud at 7am in the morning. The key to the door took multiple tries to even open and a our closet door was missing the doorknob. Overall worse place I’ve ever stayed at.

Was not aware parking was an additional fee nor was I told the hot tub was broken. Breakfast ends at 8am on week days? Ice maker on our floor(3) was non functional. Kids running in the hall at 3am. Did not get much sleep.

Needed a hotel for one night so I could catch an early morning flight. No food service inside hotel (i.e., bar like the one in Fort Collins) so ate from snack shop. Could have walked to restaurant but didn't feel like it. Like that is had a continuous shuttle to airport, so 4am shuttle was great but no desk service (put room key in a basket, no receipt) thus no hot coffee and breakfast starts at 7am. I enjoyed the LaQuinta property in Fort Collins more. But this worked well for what I needed and cost was a factor.
