Welcome to our beautiful, secure and secluded, luxury-paired home in the gated Castle Pines Village. This immaculate, newer build, is spacious and bright with an open feel due to the 10' ceilings throughout the home and a multi-panel sliding glass door system to offer an immersive indoor/outdoor living experience. Amazing location just 15 minutes from the Denver Tech Center, 40 minutes from Denver International Airport, 40 minutes to downtown, and minutes from the Village and Promenade shops.

This elegant home offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, ideal for both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy the spacious living areas, fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio with a hot tub and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. With the forested, wildlife-rich environment, you feel like you are in the mountains with all the amenities of city life nearby.

Our property features 3 bedrooms, plus an open bedroom on the main floor with a total of 2 king beds, 1 queen, and a bunk bed with 2 double beds. With 3.5 bathrooms and a fully-finished basement, there is ample space for your whole family or group.

The basement is spacious and bright with large windows and 10’ ceilings. The kitchenette is perfect for snacking while you lounge with your favorite show in the deep, plush chairs or sofa while enjoying the fireplace.

You'll have access to community amenities, including hiking trails, parks, and a clubhouse with a pool. The Summit Club is one of two pavilion-style clubhouse amenities in the Village and the perfect place to get outdoors.

Located just minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions in nearby Castle Rock, our home provides the perfect base for exploring the area while enjoying the peace and security of a gated community.

Entire home and property, excluding the garage, is available for our guests. The clubhouse, pool, and lake are also available for our guests.

The Summit Club is one of two pavilion-style clubhouse amenities in the Village and the perfect place to get outdoors.

The Village Lake Fitness Club has a six-lane, 25-meter, heated, outdoor lap pool and is open from 5am-10pm, from Memorial Day through the end of November. The pool is for adults only and is not lifeguard-supervised.

Castle Pines Village is a private, gated community located in Castle Pines, Colorado, just south of Denver. It's known for its upscale homes; spectacular views of
Pikes Peak, Mount Evans, and the Rocky Mountains; and access to amenities like golf courses and parks. The
Village at Castle Pines is nestled into 2,800 acres with views of the front-range and open spaces. Just 15 minutes from the Denver Tech Center, 40 minutes from Denver International Airport, 40 minutes into downtown Denver, and of, course just minutes from convenient shops at both the Village Shops and the Promenade. The area offers a serene, residential atmosphere with a focus on security and exclusivity.

There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.
