Mountain Barn Retreat in Evergreen

Enjoy endless mountain views from the comfort of your cozy bed or while enjoying coffee on the balcony. Secluded comfort on our 35 acre property, you will be able to enjoy elk, deer, and the best of Colorado’s wildlife right outside your door. Our cozy one bedroom, one bathroom barn includes a downstairs small kitchenette/dining area and high vaulted ceilings. You’ll be conveniently located five minutes from 3 Sisters Park and less than 15 minutes from downtown, but able to escape to peace!



When you first enter, you will find a small area downstairs with a little kitchenette and a washer/dryer. Please note there is no dishwasher. Downstairs also has a full size refrigerator and freezer. While there’s no oven, we have a toaster oven and a hot plate if you’d like to do a little cooking! We have a small slop sink as well for washing dishes.

Upstairs is the one bedroom and one bathroom. There is an adjoining storage room that we use and smaller side closets where you may store things. Our main house is about 150 yards down the road so you may see us around. We have a swingset that our kids use and if you’re traveling with kids, you’re welcome to use it!

There is a secluded back patio in addition to the balcony with a table and some chairs.

We also have very fast and reliable Starlink internet, a cozy fireplace and heat upstairs and downstairs.

Despite the name, there are no animals in the barn! The downstairs stalls are just used as a bit of storage for the time being.

Please note that if you are visiting from late October through April, you will need 4WD as we live down a long dirt road and can expect big snows during this time. We keep the road plowed as much as possible but with heavy snow the road will get icy at parts. During the summer, it can get a bit washed out as well so please take note as you drive!
