What a cozy place to stay, with a relaxed but aesthetically interesting ambiance. And the practical side, kitchen, bathroom and wifi, are so thoughtfully presented and provided for that it instantly feels like being at home.The location couldnt be better. This is our second stay here, and we're looking forward to reserving it for next year.

Stayed at this flat for a long weekend. We attended a concert at Empower Field and this location made it a quick, easy drive! There are a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to communication. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends.

2nd time staying at this location. It is close to National Jewish where we had appointment. Being able to park our rental in the garage is a huge plus. Condo is always very clean and decorated nicely. If there were 2things we would like differently, it would be a more comfortable couch and bed. We are both in our early 70s and for younger renters, it probably doesn't matter. For older people a comfortable bed is important. We would still give it a 10 out of 10!!Thank you,Dave and Sherry

Great place! Only 1 minor negative. It’s a Mullins house. On Saturday morning I had intentions on sleeping in, but the cleaning crew showed up in the unit above us and started vacuuming at 7am. We took it as a sign to go grab VooDoo doughnuts!

I stayed at this property for 4 nights while in Denver for work. It is tastefully decorated and has quite a bit of natural light for a basement space. While the check-in instructions do seem a bit daunting, I sincerely appreciate the owners dedication to safety. Having a garage was especially nice as street parking can be difficult.

Really enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed basement unit. Very comfortable beds and living room seating. All the comforts of home provided. Great location for walking to City Park, the zoo, Denver Botanic Garden, and more. The owners thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a long term stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

The flat is lovely and has all the amenities one could want. It’s clear that the owner has spent time and care furnishing/decorating the flat. It is beautiful. For a basement flat there are lots of windows. Also a great little courtyard. The location is fabulous, in Cherry Creek which is a beautiful neighborhood close to everything. It was great having a garage to park in. My only caveat is that it was a tad difficult to figure out where to enter and how to get in to the garage to park. figuring out the “air conditioning” was also a bit confusing.
