Very nice and responsive staff, trying very hard to make our stay comfortable. This was the first hotel I’ve been in where there was music playing in the upstairs corridors outside the hotel rooms. When I complained that it was annoying and keeping me awake when I was trying to have an early bedtime, they immediately turned it way down so I could do longer here in my room. The main problem I have with the hotel is it’s location. There were no other dining opportunities outside the hotel, and it is in a fairly industrial and uninteresting part of town. The staff is trying really hard and I want to give them five stars for friendliness and effort.

Meets general expectations
Aircon wasn’t working too well, not as cold as we would have preferred. Layout of bathroom and toilet was awkward. The moving space between them was blocked if the door was open. Overall, room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast variety was limited, especially if you are not used to heavy carbs (white rice, fried rice) for breakfast. Staff was all very polite and helpful though.

This hotel was probably fresh and modern 5 years ago. It seems as maintenance is lacking. Also the cleanliness was not great. Staff was super nice and helpful, so all in all an okey stay.

Exceeds my expectation
1. Room: very clean, spacious and modern. The hotel provides free mask, cleansing wipes and small sanitizer as part of covid19 protocol. The bed and pillow are not too fluffy and too hard. 2. Bathroom: well-maintained and clean. They provide the towel in a closed plastic bag. Hot and cold water work properly 3. Breakfast: you ask the food from the waiter and they serve right to the table. Strict health protocol rule is being applied here. Foods are great, the variety is just good. 4. Parking spot: located in basement inside the hotel. Nice. 5. Overall: with somewhere around less than 500k Rupiah per night / breakkie included. It’s a value for money and you get a vibe of 4.5 star hotel. The only negative that I (unfortunately) have to say is the non-existent connecting rooms. Not really a best option if you are a family of four or even more.

Weird toilet door
All nice, except for the design of bathroom that opened straight to the bed area. Kind of weird that the toilet door was not a full-paneled door. Instead, it was a bathroom-stall type of door that did not shut full-length of the door frame. So, whatever noise you made behind the toilet door was clearly audible in the room. There was no solid door to separate the bathroom and toilet from the sleeping area. I was staying with my cousin at the time, but still we would preferred some privacy to do our business ‘there’.

Excellent stay. Looks new.
Everything is good. They even give you early check in. Not much people stay at the hotel. The only minus point is the road to the hotel. The taxi need make a big u turn in order to go to the hotel.

Overall good
The cleanliness could be improved. We however enjoyed the hotel very much. Slightly soulless, but that's only normal for a new hotel. The area is convenient for the airport and temple visits, not so much for restaurant scene. The price is incredibly competitive. Would stay again. The manager is extremely nice and pays attention to detail.

Only 1 Night is Enough
Receptionist give us a room in a SMOKING FLOOR when we had requested for a non smoking floor. Room was VERY DIRTY, the floor and desk and other surfaces are covered in dust and I had to call the housekeeping to clean them all. Air conditioner is not cool that I have to call the technician to repair it. Too bad it all happened because actually the hotel is a new building and the design is good. However, they didn’t do well on maintenance.

Nice Hotel Exceptional staff!
Our stay at Innside was made special by the wonderful nature of the Indonesian people. We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was good, clean and had all the amenities. It is also close to the airport which is a big plus. The breakfast was extensive and very good. The only drawback was the air conditioning. It did not seem to cool the room sufficiently. All in all a good stay. Thanks

The room is spacious and nice. Cleanliness needs improvement. The black spots at the shower area. They did not top up the minibar and did not clean the floor. We could feel sands when we arrived back on the second day. Pros. The wifi is excellent and the staff is very attentive and polite.

New hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable. Efficient and friendly staff. Nice rooftop with swimming pool. Nothing to complain. Location is a bit quiet, but easy to get around by car (grab, etc). Can only recommend it.

Undgå at bo over koncertsalen - ellers rigtig godt
Hotellet havde dobbeltbooket vores ikke-ryger værelse, så da vi ankom fik vi tilbuddet om samme type værelse på rygersalen eller at nedgradere værelset. Vi bad om at få vist værelserne, og da rygersalen ikke lugtede, valgte vi værelset her. Personalet fortalte os dog ikke, at værelset er lige over koncertsalen - så lige nu er der koncert, hvor der bliver hamret løs på et trommesæt. Vi har ringet ned, og koncerten slutter kl. 22. Vi fik tilbudt et andet værelse, men det er lidt for sent på sidste dag. Vi har tidligere troet, at larmen kom udefra, og var ærgerlige over det - men at få at vide, at vi ikke fik vores bookede værelse, og i stedet måtte nøjes med det her føles endnu værre. De burde have fortalt os om det. De er ellers meget flinke - både i køkkenet og i lobbyen. De kan hjælpe med diverse bestillinger af fx bil med chauffør og er generelt altid smilende. Så det er ærgerligt sidste nat her er blevet ødelagt af en alt for voldsom koncert, og det er derfor, at "komfort" har scoret lavt. Den daglige rengøring af værelset er rigtig god, men der er edderkoppespind i hjørnerne. Måske blev værelset ikke rengjort ordentligt før vi fik det, da det netop var en nødløsning. Lokalområdet kan man ikke rigtigt bevæge sig rundt i. Man skal med taxa til byen, hvis man vil gå rundt, og selv her er det besværligt, da de ikke har fortove og fodgængerovergange, som vi er vandt til. Igen, skønt personale og flot, nyt hotel - kun én dum oplevelse af et ellers godt ophold.
