We had a terrible check-in. We’ve stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times and upon arrival we were met with heavy sighs and an attitude of “you booked through EXPEDIA so it’s going to take a while to figure this out.” When asked for an upgrade due to our frequent stays, the answer was “no, because you booked through EXPEDIA.” When asked if my Hilton Honors could be applied? “No, because you booked through EXPEDIA.” We were given a terrible room on the first floor directly under a room with a graduation party going on all night. Clearly this property doesn’t appreciate or understand the benefits of booking/bundling through a third party site.
