basic room, clean. The area the motel in did not have resturants close by so did have to drive to eat. However this location was close to the event that we traveled to Des Moines Iowa for.

You won't get sleep here
The entire hotel smel.ls like marijuana. The front desk had the never to say they have a strict policy for smoking and to make them aware if I smelled anything. You smell it in the lobby! There are long term occupants living here with large dogs and babies. It was loud, unkept and really the worse hotel for a quiet nights sleep.

This property is not located in a safe place. The pictures are misleading since the actual hotel does not look as inviting as the photos. The room was substandard and when we asked for more towels the clerk refused. The towels were very thin.
