Fully equipped apartment in Desenzano del Garda, in the charming hamlet of Rivoltella inside elegant villa Villa Caterina.

The apartment is distinguished by the level of its fine finishes and its central location, close to the town and beaches.
Internally it consists of living room furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed, dining table, television with access to German channels, open kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, mini fridge, microwave, mocha, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, bunk bed and closet and overlooks the garden of the apartment complex. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
Guests have free wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry and a communal garden equipped with two washing machines, two barbecues and some tables.

The apartment could be located on the ground floor or on the second floor reachable by elevator.

The colors of the furniture could vary depending on the accommodation.

There is a children's area with a playground in the apartment complex.

The shared pool is open from May 1 to October 15. Use of a swimming cap may be required.

The vegetation around provides shelter from hot summer days, with tables where guests can enjoy outdoor dining.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano you can rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: in fact, the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports lovers who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing.
This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand-new promenade, and continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
