Pool heating is an optional amenity. Pool heating is not available May-September. If you would like to have the pool heated before your arrival please let us know.
Spa heating is included in your nightly rate. Spa heat is not to be used to heat the pool and will auto shut off after 2 hours in use.
Pool Heating
Heating the pool costs $150.00 per day with a 2 day min.
Pool heating can take up to 24 hours, so if you’d like the pool preheated upon your arrival please alert us. Otherwise, pool heating will begin upon your check-in.
Pool temperature is limited to 80F
Minimum 2 night stay required
Pool heating must be consecutive nights, no gaps
Pool will not be heated if payment has not been processed prior to check-in
We do not profit from heating the pool or spa. Propane prices have gone extremely high in the Palm Springs area, and unfortunately, this is the actual cost for the service.
Pool & Spa heating and intervals are controlled remotely by the Manager. Please check weather conditions before booking. Pool will not be heated if payment has not been processed prior to check-in.
Hosts will not be able to provide full refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that may occur during your stay. If pool heating is not working for up to a full day, one day at a time a refund will be provided. We will do our best to have it resolved in a timely manner.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Excluding garage.
Other things to note
AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
PARKING:
There is driveway with room for four vehicles. Additional parking available to the left side of home. Street parking is not allowed.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room and primary suite.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Swimming pool, hot tub, shaded outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill. The back yard includes our door dinging (6 chairs, with sofa lounge on upper deck) Lower yard includes 6 sun lounge chairs with 2 umbrellas.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, Master with a King bed; guest room with 2 queen adult bunk beds and third guest room with 1 queen bed. There is also a twin day bed located in a room off master bedroom. Total accommodations can sleep 9 guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front of the house and overlooking rear of property facing pool equipment for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
PET-FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $100 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them.
Landscaping:
Please note that the landscapers come every Tuesday to service the home. They will not disturb you.
