Dit appartement op de begane grond ligt direct aan de prachtige stranden van de Golf van Mexico en biedt een prachtig uitzicht en een eigen patio waar u direct naar het witte zandstrand kunt lopen. Op 920 vierkante meter, zult u genieten van de 1 slaapkamer, samen met een hal stapelbed nis en 1. 5 badkamers. Dit appartement met een eindeenheid is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. Het beschikt over een woon- / eetkamer met prachtige hardhouten vloeren, een mooie, volledig uitgeruste bijgewerkte keuken met granieten werkbladen en een wasmachine / droger in de accommodatie. De grote slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en er is een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Dus kom genieten van dit appartement aan het strand dat ook een verwarmd zwembad aan de strandzijde, een jacuzzi en een gasbarbecue voor uw gebruik biedt.
Dit is een niet-roken appartement. Om te reserveren moet u ouder zijn dan 25 jaar of een wettelijke voogd hebben die het gehele verblijf in de accommodatie verblijft.

it looks like the condo has been updated except the bathrooms. the bathrooms could use updating. they smelled musty and looked very worn. they were outdated and sad. the location is great. parking was easy. on the end so only one neighbor. walk to the beach and pool are crazy short. the beach didn’t have tons of people.

Fantastic location and beach staff!!! The property is deteriorating, several things in the room were broken (coffee pot, ice maker, etc) and kitchen supplies were limited. Several years ago, I had no complaints. It's time for management to invest a little in the property. Front office staff was condescending and rude during check out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin Beach Club and have stayed many times there. This last time we stayed in 101. We had stayed in this exact unit a couple of years ago and were happy. However, when we went in April of this year nothing has been done to this condo. It was very run down and needs a lot of work. Also, the shower fixtures broke apart and we had to call someone to come and fix it. An older gentleman came and pulled the pipes out and said that he had temporarily fixed the problem enough so we could shower. When my daughter began showering, after about 3-4 minutes, we noticed water pouring across the floor. The kitchen, hallway and part of the living room flooded very quickly. Needles to say, it was a mess.Eventually, they got it figured out but the wet , dirty carpet was a pain and we spent our last night at the beach dealing with this. We won’t return, which makes me sad.

It is right on the beach and small enough to enjoy peace and quiet with family and loved ones. There are restaurants you can walk to from the beach, or drive to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. and local attractions like Harborwalk Village, go-karts, putt putt golf, shopping, Henderson Beach Park.We love the condos we've stayed at and usually they are well kept, clean, and stocked with many amenities. This particular condo could use a refresher as some items are deteriorating such as baseboards, ceiling, paint, flooring, carpet, furniture, etc. We also had to run an entire dishwasher load of utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware on our first night because they were very dirty with food. The floors were also very dirty upon our check-in. Housekeeping did a re-mop the next day at our request. All other aspects of our stay were amazing as expected.
