  • Neem de lift naar dit appartement op de derde verdieping direct aan de prachtige stranden van de Golf van Mexico en bekijk vanaf uw eigen balkon het weidse uitzicht op de witte zandstranden! Je hebt 840 vierkante meter, waar u zult genieten van de 1 slaapkamer, samen met een hal stapelbed alkoof en 2 badkamers. Dit prachtige appartement is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. Het beschikt over vloerbedekking en tegelvloeren en een woon- / eetkamer met uitzicht op uw balkon waar u kunt ontspannen en de golven kunt bekijken. De volledig uitgeruste, bijgewerkte keuken met Corian aanrechtbladen zal een genot zijn om in te entertainen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en er is een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Dus, kom ontspannen en geniet van dit strand appartement dat ook een verwarmd Beach Side zwembad, een jacuzzi en een gas grill biedt voor uw gebruik.

    Dit is een niet-roken appartement. Om te boeken moet u ouder zijn dan 25 jaar of moet een wettelijke voogd het hele verblijf in de unit verblijven.

This was our first trip to Destin. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay here again!

It's a bit older than some of the other condos in the area, but you CANNOT beat the private beach and direct access. We've not found anything like it anywhere else. This unit was our favorite so far. It has recent updates and was very clean. The office and management staff are always nice and helpful. The beach set up is such a huge help, and when we asked about sitting near our family members in other units, it was accommodated so nicely. Every day, our three units had set ups next to each other. We highly recommend Destin Beach Club in general to people looking for a beautiful beach experience, and unite 312 is one of the best units.

3 floor apartment breathtaking

This condo was on the 3rd floor it was spacious, extremely clean and it had easy access to an elevator which is a plus when you have multiple bags to carry. Front beach access with amazing views from the balcony. The pool was heated and it was perfect after expending the day at the beach. It had umbrellas and chairs available at all times at the beach. I will give a 5 star to all the employees working at this properly well maintained. I would definitely return.

Only issue was the bath/shower unit had very tall sides and getting out was a bit tricky. Almost fell out a few times.
