Avontuur meer en minder zorgen met St. Maarten 302 als uw gids! Safari ontmoet zee in dit vakantie-appartement aan het strand in het centrum van het geliefde vissersdorp Destin, Florida. Je zintuigen zullen opgewonden zijn als je langs het uitgestrekte zwembaddek en uitgestrekte grasveld bezaaid met wuivende palmen naar de eindeloze rollende golven van de Golf van Mexico kijkt, net buiten je eigen balkon.

Barstensvol met verkwikkende kleuren en versierd met originele schilderijen, beschikt elke kamer over een energieke ambiance, compleet met comfortabel meubilair en gecoördineerd beddengoed. De doordachte indeling stelt gasten in staat om vrij te bewegen in de ruimte van 1700 m² en hun eigen versie van een strandavontuur te ontdekken, maar nooit ten koste van gemak dankzij drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers, een volledig uitgeruste keuken , Tv's in elke kamer en een eigen wasruimte. De 31 hectare Silver Shells Beach Resort en Spa omgeven door Henderson Beach State Park en mijlen van ongerepte stranden zijn van jou om te ontdekken tijdens een verblijf in St. Maarten 302. Op het terrein vindt u sprankelende pooldecks met inbegrip van hot tubs en kinderbaden; het beroemde steakhouse van Ruth’s Chris met 3 bars en live muziek; Silver Shells tiki-bar op het strand, de bekroonde Silver Shells Spa, basketbal- en tennisbanen en fitnessfaciliteiten. Bovendien is de locatie fantastisch! Golfbanen, restaurants, Big Kahuna's Waterpark, Destin Harbor en The Destin Commons liggen op slechts een paar minuten afstand.

Tijdens de lente en zomer vereist dit appartement een verblijf van 7 nachten, van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Vakanties zijn minimaal 4 nachten. Op elk ander moment vragen wij een verblijf van minimaal 3 nachten.

We ended up here at the very last moment when our original booking didn't work out. Hailey was super helpful and responsive! The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The resort and beach were wonderful as well. We were actually happy that things turned out how they did and we ended up finding this amazing place! Thanks for a great week.

Our favorite vacation stay yet!

We were so pleased with our stay at this condo! It was super clean, communication was excellent, it was just a perfect location for our family! We played pickle ball every morning, relaxed by the pool, and enjoyed the beautiful beach! It was convenient to be able to swing into Walmart less than half a mile away for groceries! Would highly recommend!

Condo is nicely updated and decorated. Comfortable seating. Nice appliances. Comfy beds. Location is perfect. Owner was easy to communicate with. They texted me with check in info and texted to let me know that condo was ready a little early. We asked for another key fob and they delivered one. Would absolutely rent this unit again. Highly recommend!

AMAZING CONDO & HOST!!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much and our host was such an amazing and attentive host. She was quick to reply to any messages or calls during our stay. The condo was so amazing, and my family was so impressed with the condo, so much so that they do not want to stay anywhere else when we return to Destin for our next beach vacation. They kept telling me over and over I did so good with the condo I found to spend our beach get away. I have to agree with them, there is nowhere else I would want to stay now that we have been spoiled by our stay here at this beautiful condo. We will definitely be back to stay; this is our new Favorite Condo on the Emerald Coast!!!!

This unit is awesome! Beautifully renovated and very clean. Exceptional use of space. Well equipped with a very large refrigerator. Enjoyed the integrated technology, remote blinds, ceiling fans, under lighting, and TV's. The bathrooms were spectacular.

Our Family Loved It!

Very happy with our experience in this new condo. Clean, comfortable, impressive touches. Great views overlooking the beach and Lagoon pool. Kitchen was great for our big family. Large pantry, refrigerator and freezer. Our favorite feature is the cool lighting effects. This is our second time staying at a condo owned by these host. Its family run and they really take care of their guest.

The BEST in Destin!

Our family has been visiting Destin, FL for many years... and safe to say Silver Shells is our favorite resort. After staying here, we now have a favorite condo as well! The attention the detail is top-notch. From the solid communication to the stunning decor, this condo has it all! There are so many cool features throughout the unit that set this place apart from other condos in the resort. Being that this condo is managed by the actual owners, you can really feel all the love they have poured into making this place special. Huge thanks to the Hebert Family for a memorable vacation. We will be back!

The house is absolutely perfect!!! It's very clean and super spacious. Everybody was able to get their own room and the kids absolutely loved the balcony and view. Perfect access to both the pool and beach which was a need since we traveled with small children. My only complaint is the check in process. When we arrived to the property the guard did not tell us how to access the condo nor did the instructions in the email regarding check in process. We called the number but it was after hours when we made it so that was pointless. We ended up seeing a few guest walking and they told us to use the service elevator to get to the condo, put the code in the door and then we would have access. Other than this small issue everything else was perfect.

Loved the space, the view and the walk to the beach!

We made the trip with my husband, 2 boys and inlaws. There was plenty of space. I loved that is had 3 bathrooms. Three things I would say to help improve the experience. One: this place needs larger coffee cups! Two: replace the vent collector in the dryer because it will cut your finger. Three: umbrella and chair service included would have been icing on the cake. I feel at the price we paid, we should have had the chair service. We had an amazing time and wished we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyable week for most part

Good location and nice unit. Next to last night my wife slipped and feel while entering the master shower and we found out this week she broke a rib. Please upgrade the shower tile floor so that this slippage issue is corrected to avoid this situation and before another serious injury occurs.
