Deze charmante accommodatie met loft biedt 2 aparte bedden en 1 queensize bed op de bovenverdieping, 1 kingsize bed in de grote slaapkamer beneden en 2. 5 baden. De accommodatie is geschikt voor maximaal 10 personen en beschikt over een woon / eetkamer met een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de Golf, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een nis met een stapelbed in de gang en een wasmachine / droger. Coral Reef Club ligt direct aan de Golf van Mexico in het hart van Destin op loopafstand van winkels en enkele van de beste restaurants van Destin. Deze accommodatie ligt op slechts een korte rit naar het Amusement Park en het Big Kahunas Water Park. Neem romantische wandelingen op het strand! Geniet van de zonsondergangen! Go Deep Sea Fishing is een van de mooiste golfen die je ooit zal zien.

Deze accommodatie is een favoriete bestemming die onlangs is gerenoveerd en nog charmanter dan ooit is.

Het bevindt zich in een ongewoon flatgebouw van drie verdiepingen met een zwembad, sjoelbak en houtskoolgrills. U zult Coral Reef Club vinden om meer privé te zijn dan sommige van de grote appartementen met meerdere verdiepingen in het gebied. Het strandgebied omvat meer dan 300 meter ongerept strand met een gazon langs de Golf en een seizoensgebonden strandservice.

Dit appartement op de 3e verdieping opent naar uw eigen eigen balkon om van het adembenemende uitzicht op het kristalwitte zand en prachtige smaragdgroene wateren te genieten. U kunt uitkijken over de witte zandduinen naar het strand dat lijkt op uw eigen privéstrand! Geniet van je twee strandstoelen en een paraplu die is opgesteld en op je wacht! (Beach Service is Seizoensgebonden) U en uw familie zijn er zeker van dat u hier elke minuut genieten van de Coral Reef Club, waar de receptiepersoneel en Beach Attendants klaar zijn om u te helpen.

Nice condo. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities. There was no blow dryer which was listed. Everything was good with the exception of one complaint. The tile floor could have used a good scrubbing. After a few hours going barefoot in the condo, it was obvious, it needs it.

This is our 7th year to stay, every year in a different unit and this was by far the worst. We called about the A/C and maintenance came out but we’re unable to correct the situation. I had a party of 8 all sleeping on bunks and couches downstairs because the heat upstairs was unbearable. In addition, I had to wash all of the silverware upon arrival as multiple pieces had food on them. The plumbing is also an issue and not only in this unit. The maintenance in the complex is really going downhill.

Updates have been made to this soecific unit since the last time we were in it in 2017. The master bedroom flooring has been replaced, all three bathrooms have been renovated, crown molding has been added, and the first floor shower/tub has been upgraded. We enjoyed our stay, hut there are a couple items that need attention: 1.) the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It actually needed to be replaced when we were last in this unit 5 years ago. The mattress severely caves in the middle and provides very little support. 2.) The lighting in the washing machine room is very dim. 3.) The criling in the washing machine room needs to be painted.

The outside property needed some attention as there were large holes in walls and ceilings. Unit 46 is a nice unit but needs to be updated. Old dirty carpet, furniture was also dirty and flat worn out. The location is perfect! Only steps to the sand and chair set ups were great! Landscaping around property was beautiful! I wish the owners of 46 would give the unit the respect it deserves! I would stay at Coral Reef again but not unit 46.

Awesome Vacation Stay

Vacationed July 4th week 2018 and I can't say enough about the condo. I was very pleased with the accomodations, space and comfortable beds. I took my whole family 10 of us and a 3yr old and was still plenty of room and equipment for everyone. Loved it and would stay again in same place.
